El hotel no cuenta con una atención personalizada, son mal educados y la atención es pésima, te contestan de malas y cortante, el servicio es pésimo, la limpieza mucho que desear, y lo PEOR DE TODO, VENÍAMOS DE INGLATERRA Y FRANCIA CON RESERVACIÓN Y NO HUBO COBROS ESCONDIDOS, PERO EN ESTE MUGROSO HOTEL PAGAMOS LA RESERVACION Y CUANDO SALIAMOS PARA DEJARLO TUVIERON LA DESFACHATEZ DE DECIRME TIENE QUE PAGAR IMPUESTOS DE $ 60 EUROS, 60, EUROS MENDIGOS RATEROS, SI TÚ QUIERES IR A ROMA, JAMÁS VALLAS A ESTE HOTEL, SON UNOS RATEROS. Es un lugar bien ubicado pero la zona es un poco solitaria, solo te dejan 1 día agua y shampoo (jabón), nos quedamos 2 noches.

Excelente ubicación
El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación y es ideal para viajes en donde solo llegas a dormir, la cama es comoda, el desayuno delicioso y la atención muy buena

Staff was very friendly. I was in solo room, and extremely noisy. Walls are thin and can hear everything. Room must have been attached to a staircase from the other side of the building; people walking and talking loudly at all hours directly beside your room. One window that is metal so you can’t see out, and it that lead to an ally with no screen, so you basically had to keep it closed all the time, so no outside light in the room. For the price, I’d probably look elsewhere

Bathroom was small. Bedding was poor and on last night only given one sheet on double bed with no duvet cover. Asked at reception and was told no duvet covers are used just sheets. Duvet itself was quite dirty. Staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way.. a budget hotel.with no frills. Location good for station and about 20 minute walk to Coloseum. This is a guest house not ahotel as advertised

There are no facilities in the hotel, I dont know how they have 3 stars, and I am suspicious if they have. Bed mattresses were to old so I was sinking. All the furniture were too old. We had no windows in the room. Toilet was too narrow, we didnt wanna take a shower. I know it is cheap but I would really prefer to spend 10-20 euros for a better hotel. But to be fair, room and sheets were clean. Area does not feel safe and it was not clean. But in terms of transportation, location was nice.

We enjoyed our stay! Personal was friendly. Rooms were cleaned every day. The location is not the best, but still safe! Very noisy! You can hear people talking, walking etc

Very close to Termini, which is great. Clean, good room, not elevator so be prepared if you have a lot luggage. They have 24/7 counter staff but twice I had to wait about 10 minutes for them to buzz me in, they do not give you a key to the front door.

3 nite stay before a cruise. Small room. Clean but tight. Excellent location. Very nice staff. Paid a higher rate than expected.

Overall stay was good. They even called taxi for us. Room was spacious for family. Main problem was the towels are not thoroughly cleaned. It has few stains which make you doubt it. Room was cleaned everyday too. Location from Roma Termini is quite a walk.

2 steps from Termini
Perfect for a one night stay if you have to be at Termini to get to the airport early. Otherwise for the price we would defenitly stay elsewhere because the neighborhood close to the train station is a little sketch. Regardless we felt safe at the hotel with its 24hr staff.

Hotel is clean and very responsive staff . There were homeless people on the street close to the hotel , although it’s very close to the termini station , I wouldn’t walk by myself when it’s dark

Great value for staying in Rome downtown. Walking distance (12-19 minutes) from some landmarks, super close to 24hr parking, Termini and food market. Very clean room, good bedsheets, conveniently dark and quiet bedrooms. No luxury- just a clean, safe and convenient place to stay in Rome. I recommend for couples, not so much for families.

The staff was great. The location is great. There is a park nearby with public fountains which make it easy to get water before or after leaving the hotel. It’s a short walk from the train station which can take you directly to the airport. The staff offered to store our luggage at no charge once we checked out. The only thing keeping me from rating the hotel at 5/5 was the water was slow to drain from the shower in our room. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Great service and location!

Hotel is very clean and great condition, everything is clean, every day replace sheets and towels, the exterior of the hotel and neighborhood don’t look good, but interior is nice, front desk nice and friendly, very accessible to transportation bus, train areas to eat, i will highly recommend this place, will have on my main fir my next trip to Rome

Good location: close to Termini train station and even closer to the bus terminal that can get us to/from the airport. Close to tour buses and some attraction. Friendly and helful staff like SzeSze (who got us a missing kettle from the room) and Ghazal. Bad: small room; fridge not working; not a real double-bed (two single-beds put side by side); safe not bolted down; bathroom one step higher (trip hazard for my wife getting up in the middle of night)

I feel bad for writing this review cause the staff was super friendly and very resourceful- but this hotel is terribly located. Rome is fun to explore by night and you dont want to be walking by late in the neighborhood - nothing happened but you feel really unsafe. A maN was peeing just by the door of the hotel the night we arrive- the glass of the hotel door was broken. The second night people suffering from drug addiction accross we having arguments. The walls in the room are paper thin- we could here the conversation of the room next door- i can say that there is a will to want to make this hotel a nice one- the common area are clean and decent- but i ve traveled at all prices per night - i picked this hotel cause it was near the train station- the picture looked acceptable and i was in a hurry. but clearly i was on the wrong side of the tracks litterally and figure of speech wise.This feels like a lower standard hostel- that could be acceptable at a 100€ max a night ive paid 980$ for two nights and i feel like ive been ripped off but biggg time. Sorry guys but the price wasnt fair for what you offer . I hate bad reviews but people got to know
