Buena habitación
La habitación estaba muy bien, cama muy cómoda, limpieza diaria. Buena decoración y estaba en una calle peatonal muy cerca de la plaza de España.

LA HABITACION ES GRANDE, COMODA Y CHIC. PERO NO TENIA LUZ EN LA REGADERA; SALES DE REGADERA DIRECTO EN LA HABITACION Y EL PISO ES RESBALOSO; LA LUZ NO FUNCIONABA ADECUADAMENTE EN LA HABITACION Y UNA DE LAS LAMPARAS SE ENCENDIA DESDE ABAJO DE LA CAMA. PERO SI LA HABITACION ES MUY BONITA, AMPLIA Y CON DECORACION Y AMUEBLADO CHIC, NO ES SUFICIENTE. FRATTINA 57 NO ES HOTEL: EN ESTA UBICACION SON SOLO 3 HABITACIONES ADECUADAS EN UN DEPARTAMENTO EN EL 4TO PISO. ES MUY DIFICIL IDENTIFICAR EL ESTABLECIMIENTO PORQUE SOLO TIENE UN PETRERO MINISCULO EN ENTRADA, SOLO CON SU NOMBRE. PRACTICAMENTE DIVINAS QUE ESTE SEA. AL INGRESAR EL PASILLO ESTRECHO ABARROTADO DE MATERIAL DE CONSTRUCCION Y NINGUN SEÑALAMIENTO DE LA UBICACION DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO - PISO, DEPAFRTAMENTO ETC. NADA DE NADA! UN TRABAJADOR DE CONSTRUCCION TRATO DE AYUDAR AL INDICAR QUE CREIA QUE EN EL 4TO PISO PODRIAN ESTAR. EN EL 4TO PISO NO HAY RECEPCION NI PERSONAL, SOLO UNA MESA EN UN A PEQUEÑA ESTANCIA. NOS ATENDIO UN CABALLERO DE LIMPIEZA QUE HIZO SU MEJOR ESFUERZO, A PESAR DE SU ESCASO INGLES. NOS INDICO QUE HABIA UNA PERSONA PERO SOLO DE 2 A 7 PM, SI BIEN EN NUESTRA RESERVACION INDICABA QUE ERA DE 10 AM A 7 PM Y POR TAL MOTIVO LLEGAMOS A LAS 12:30 PM. La ubicación, espacio del cuarto y servicio de la gente que atiende el lugar es muy buena, Sin embargo el mobiliario o en si la recámara podría ser mejor o estar en un poco mejor condiciones vs las fotografías que ponen.

SE CONTACTO CON EL CONSERJE LUDOVICO, EL DIA DE LLEGADA LOS PASJEROS ARRIBARIAN AL HOTEL A LAS 0030PM, ESTUVO DE ACUERDO EN ESPERARLOS CON UN CARGO DE 30EUROS, ESTUVIERON DE ACUERDO. PERO NUNCA LOS RECIBIO EL DIA DE SU LLEGADA, TUVIERON QUE HOSPEDARSE EN OTRO HOTEL, AL DIA SIGUIENTE SE PRESENTARON A LAS OFICINAS 10:30AM PARA RECIBIR LAS LLAVES, PERO RESULTA QUE EL DEPARTAMENTO NO ESTABA LISTO LA USARON LA NOCHE EN QUE LLEGABA EL HUESPED. EL DEPTO SE LOS ENTREGARON DESPUES DE LAS 1500PM.

Hotel ideal y muy centrico
Se trata de un bed and breakfast en pleno centro. El hotel solo tiene 5 habitaciones por lo que el servicio es muy personal. La cama era muy comoda y la habitacion contaba con un baño muy amplio con una bañera ideal para despues de un largo dia de caminar por toda la ciudad. Tiene una pantalla plana perfecta para hacer la siesta además de wifi con buena señal. La localizacion es excelente. Esta en una pequeña calle peatonal de compras por lo que no hay ruido de coches y por las noches al estar en el cuarto piso y ser solo tiendas cerradas no hay nada de ruido. Para los fumadores, la habitacion tenia una terraza con silla y cenicero por lo que era muy comodo. El desayuno estaba incluido, pero se servia en un bar a 5 mins y funcionaba a base de tickets que ellos te dan al llegar, que incluia un cafe un zumo y un croissant. Esta parte fue la que menos me "encantó" pues si no quieres croissant te cobran extra y no incluia ni fruta ni algo salado. A cambio el cafe estaba muy bueno.

Impecable la atencion, a pesar de que fue mi primera vez en Europa, la atencion fue brillante, lo unico malo el ascensor, pero me dijeron que son todos absolutamente asi

Lo describí en los comentarios anteriores, compre una habitación en un hotel !!! Así figura en la página ! HOTEL FRATINA 57!!! Y no fue así !! Y la primera noche me mandaron caminando bajo el agua a otro departamento a 400 mts.... y no fue lo que había comprado!! Pero debo decir que muy lindas las habitaciones , cero privacidad ya que del otro lado de la puerta había una administrativa!

3 dias en Roma!!
La habitación es bastante confortable y de diseño. Pero no tiene el suficiente aislamiento para poder dormir sin oir ruido de la calle. Los estores de las ventanas son muy modernos pero entra luz por las mañanas y esto puede molestar. La habitación está bastante limpia y la cama es comoda. El aseo y la ducha están practicamente ubicados dentro de la habitación, sólo los separa un cristal por tanto hay poca intimidad. La ubicación es muy céntrica y el servicio del desayuno está bien (café, tostadas, bolleria y zumo)

Eine schöne Alternative zu Hotels. Man wohnt ideal gelegen in der Altstadt - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar und die Entfernung zur Metro mit Koffer easy - man fühlt sich wie ein Bewohner. Sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter sowohl bei Ankunft und Abreise. FORZA ROMA!

The room was more than adequate in size. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. The tub and shower were good, though it was a little tricky for us older folks to get in and out of the tub. The owners were helpful and cordial. We sometimes wished we had a front-desk person for sightseeing advice, but we managed our stay in Rome quite nicely without. All in all, a very nice place to stay.

The property is nice but the owner was constantly calling to check at what time we will be at the property. It’s a little inconvinient when you don’t really have plans and plan to be out of the hotel. It’s an apartment that qas changed to be a hotel. Overall good.

If you’re the kind of people (like us) who can stay comfortably in an Airbnb style apartment then this is for you. Reception only opens at 13:30 but we did manage to leave our luggage there before thankfully. The room was spacious with a very large bathroom. As we were at the back of the hotel we could leave the doors pen onto the balcony and have little noise which was great! When we did need assistance (bath plug didn’t fit) they readily helped out. Location is amazing as well for the price we paid, compared to other similar apartment style accommodation. We did have a few annoyances about our room: We had a shower inside a roll top bath but if the curtains weren’t fully closed then water went all over the floor (can be simply solved with a couple of clips). TV has no English speaking channels on it (yes I searched through over 200 channels one by one). Some sockets and switches don’t work (just put a sign on them saying they don’t work). The heating was on all night and no turning of the knobs would fix it. The lift is cramped so we only used it when going up to the 4th floor (nothing that can be done about it but thought potential customers would like to know). I would definitely stay back here again as we liked the set up but I wouldn’t bother booking if you’re too used to a hotel service.

Tolle zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Zumindest das Zimmer zum Innenhof. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und sauber. Gute Empfehlung zum Essen erhalten. Kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm, man kommt ja nicht nach ROM um TV zu schauen. Dank Wlan erfährt man genug von der Welt. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekt beläget!
Hotellet låg helt perfekt i rom, nära till allt. Det är ju inte ett klassiskt hotell. Så rummet låg helt själv i en kontorsbyggnad vilket var toppen, helt knäpptysta nätter. Vi la även till att få frukostkuponger på ett närliggande café. Det låg bokstavligen bredvid dörren med super god frukost. Vi åt även lunch och tog nån drink där oxå, jättetrevligt ställe. Så nöjda med frattina 57! Men gillar du fluffiga kuddar ta med en egen ;)

Fint, sentralt og særegent rom
Fint rom, med særegen stil og romløsning. Rent rom, gode senger, myke håndklær og tilgjengelig minibar. Svært sentral beliggenhet, kort vei til shopping og mat. Trekk for at det var vanskelig å dusje uten å søle mye vann på gulvet, noe lavt trykk, men varmt og godt vann. Viktig å være oppmerksom på at hvis en ikke rekker innsjekk før 19;30 på kvelden kommer det tilleggsgebyr.( Vi måtte betale 30 euro, da flyet vårt var forsinket.)

Great location and nice size room, accompanied with a Jacuzzi. Though the beds in Italy, I must say are a shocker. Very uncomfortable beds.

Avoid, stay somewhere else
I had a late check-in, was charged €30 for arriving late, that should not happen at any hotel, I was told the need to bring someone to open the room and man the reception, utterly ridiculous. The hotel contacted me earlier that morning and was notified of my arrival time, it was a very hot day in Rome, considering that fact someone should have turned the air conditioning on prior to my arrival. The room was unbearably hot and it took two out of the three days of my stay to actually cool the room is the air conditioning unit in it was way too small and not sufficiently powerful to cool the room. It may sound strange but seriously the hotel should Consider upgrading the Aircon unit as it’s definitely not sufficient for summer weather in Rome. The suite itself is rather old and in shabby condition. There are certainly far better option for the price around Rome in the area itself.

Dear Guest First of all thanks for choosing Frattina 57. However we think your review is really hard but especially not real!!infact late check in payment is a condition of our structure because our reception is opened from the early morning till 7.30 pm..so if you arrive at 11 pm we give this service of late check-in to support you with our staff about your luggage about your suite accomodation and everything you could need. Moreover our air conditioner was perfect and it was very bad you’ve used this excuse to try to change our structure with another one!!we think doing always the best for our guests!!our suite moreover is one of the top suite we have with sauna too and spa and everything you need there you can got it!!so your review is only a bad way to discredit us!!

Great location, nicely decorated, lots of space considering Rome standards. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
