Cercano ha termini pero...
Un hotel cerca de la estación pero....ohhhhh no parecía nada a lo que vi en fotos.... Un ambiente chino....bueno no importaba mucho eso, pero al entrar en la habitación..... Suelo en mal estado, rodapie rotos...armarios que les faltaba muy poco para que se descolgaran las puertas....el baño??? Ohhhhh podría decirse que una luz de película de miedo, casi...bueno medio fundida, una alcachofa en la ducha que mejor quitarla y ducharte directamente con el latiguillo.... Y si solo quieren que se ospede gente oriental que lo indiquen, si no es así que pongan en los interruptores y cambien los,mandos d aire acondicionado... TODO ESCRITO EN CHINO O JAPONÉS.... La verdad que buscábamos algo solo donde dormir, pero me lleve una gran desilusión con este B&B....

The staff is niyt very nice and can do a better job. Todo esta bien, solo el personal no tiene mucha paciencia y grita mucho.

Okay location - a bit close to a major street, but not noisy in room. The shower could use a deep clean, and the shower head was awkward. Staff was lovely and helpful, and service great.

The room was old and shabby, missing handles, shower door didn't close properly. The people who owned it and operated it only spoke very broken English. Breakfast was a cup of tea ( tea bag in the cup) plastic wrapped sponge and a bun. The TV only had Italian stations as they only paid for those and no other language. Would not stay there again and would not recommend it. I had asked for directions from the station and never got them.

Quaint hotel.
This is really a Hostel type room, but it is in s really great location for walking about the city. It was near some great little bistros and stores. The hotel did not have any amenities like patios, gardens ice etc. Nothing but a double room and bath, but was filled with the old world charm of Italy. Only real drawback is you had to take luggage up 40 narrow marble steps. But good exerxise.

Un pò difficile da trovare l'ingresso perché il nome dell'hotel è scritto sul campanello piccolino. Catena Cinese. Letto e cuscino due sottilette. Pulizia buona. Posizione ottima. Favorevole deposito bagagli dopo check out. Reception 24ore. Signore gentilissimo.

Sono giunto a questa struttura solo perchè expedia ha provveduto ad una sostituzione in extremis di altra struttura da me scelta e non più disponibile. Stanza sporca, capelli ritrovati ta le lenzuola "pulite", scarico della doccia otturato, stanza senza finestra, riscaldamento soltanto in alcune ore del giorno decise dal gestore, pareti sottilissime (credo in cartongesso) tanto da poter ascoltare la mia vicina tedesca che cantava in bagno, uniche note "positive" posizione del b&b e reception 24h/24h

Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan. Jos on tärkeää päästä katsomaan Roomaa ja sen nähtävyyksiä eikä yöpymiselle aseta suuria vaatimuksia, täällä saa kyllä nukutuksi. Ikkunasta näkyi outo takapiha.

Petit hôtel mais jolie chambre confortable et très propre.petit déjeuner à 3e copieux pour le prix!! Personnel sympa mais qui ne parle pas français.hôtel très bien placé pour se déplacer.

Easy walking distance from Termini train station.
Polite staff. Clean room. Air conditioning and wifi working well. Our room looked out onto via Carlo Alberto and it was surprisingly quiet considering busy location. No elevator but staff assisted with heavy luggage.

Great for little budget travellers
It was good. It's not a b&b but the room was big and clean, and close to santa maria maggiore and termini station. Staffs were kind and helpful. Don't expect to much, you will get what you pay for. However it wasn't a bad choice :)

you need to make sure that bathroom is inside your room. I had to stay in a room with separate bathroom across the hallway. Even though it was private bathroom I had to unlock and lock it with key that weigh 3lbs everytime. My mom had to use bathroom frequently so I asked for room change but they rejected pretending they dont speak english.

Moved from B&B Leoni Di Giada to Hotel Rome Love
I had booked a double room at B&B Leoni Di Giada for 2 days, when I arrived and the service showed me the room, I didn't stay satisfied as the bathroom was outside of it, private but not inside as it is said on the webpage. Without the need of complaining, the service suggested me immediately to be moved to another hotel close to this one, same owner, where they could provide me a double room with bathroom inside. The location of B&B Leoni Di Giada is good, that's why it was chosen. Close to Termini, less than 5 minutes and in a better area than Termini's one. Also, close to signtseeing, less than 10 from the Colosseum and to various facilities. For the minutes of the Check-in, the service was polite, helpful and willing to solve my issue with the room.

Very basic
This room is decent for the price and location. Very near the main train/metro/bus station. However it is a very basic room, a place to lay your weary head. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast is NOT included and staff difficult to communicate with as they spoke Chinese. A couple in particular were down right rude, but all of Rome is rude to tourists. The sign on the outside is "Portafortuna" and BB Leoni only appears on the door buzzer. They are one in the same. The neighborhood looks a bit sketchy, but we had no problem walking around at night. Be aware of little helpless ladies begging for change-they are pickpockets.

交通の便の良いテルミニ駅から歩いていけます。大通りを歩いていくと良いです。 私が泊まった部屋はトイレ、シャワー室が通路を挟んだ向かいにあり、都度カードキーを持ってトイレに行く必要がありました。ベッドはクィーンサイズとの記載がありましたが、セミダブルサイズでした。 宿はB&Bとありますが、朝食は含まれていないので注意が必要です。

Ideale ligging bij bezienswaardigheden en station
Hotel wordt gerund door chinezen die slecht engels spreken maar duidelijk hun best doen om het draaiende te houden. Qua poetswerk is het netjes maar in de badkamer was veel schimmel en de gordijnen hingen er half af. Wij hadden kamers aan de voorkant waar erg veel lawaai van de straat te horen is, ook met de raam dicht.

Very good hostel
The hostel really nice for me. staffs was so kind and they keep my luggege for a longtime. And TERMINI station so closed to hostel may be 7-min, by walking. If I go to rome, Ill use this hostel again.

The hostel was closed to termini station. And staff very kind. They were keep my luggage 5-days for free. Although the hostel title was small, i couldn't found at once, Ill visit again. ^^ And you can find korea food store "sourabul?" In front of hostel. really delicious.

The hot water was never on so had to have cold showers. We told the staff twice on the first day & each time they said 30 minutes wait! After that we gave up. It was a very noisy building eg staff and guests up & down stairs/slamming doors/shouting all hours of the day/night. The bedding and towels had an awful smell to them. the room was clean. the lid on the back bit of the toilet was missing so when we flushed the toilet water went all over us and the floor!

Horrible place, Service and neighborhood! Avoid!
My stay was horrible! Even though the room is newly renovated inside, there is nothing good about this Hotel B&B. The person who runs it lied about everything that the Hotel says it includes, there's no wifi available at all, I called to ask for the wifi code and she said we don't have wifi in the building in your room its across the street in another building snd you'll have to go over there and I said but my room is here and the lady hung up on me, I called back and she screamed in the phone " I'm no longer in the office" and hung up again. People I urge you don't stay here! I tried to leave when I saw the neighborhood but they charged my card anyway so I had no choice but to stay one night and get out of there. Another thing besides the bad area this place is located, it's not safe the way you have keys to your room door but you have to lock yourself inside snd take the key to your room.... Total fire hazard! Oh not to mention the bed broke when I sat on it the first time, so I had to sleep on a bed with one side down... Not worth saving money here!

立地が便利なホテル
テルミニ駅から徒歩で行けるので、立地は便利なホテルだと思います。少し遅い時間に歩いていても外灯などがあるので、あまり危険は感じませんでしたが、注意は必要だと思います。 また、宿泊した部屋は寝室とバスルームが廊下を挟んで離れていて、鍵が2つあり、不便でした。暖房が自動と言うよくわからないシステムで温度調整ができないため、寒かったです。最終日は、ハウスキーピングの後のタオルがありませんでした。なので、スタッフに言うとくれました。 不便を感じた面はいくつかありましたが、寝泊まり、シャワーのみでいい方、立地重視、コスト重視の方にはいいと思います。

テルミニ駅からすぐのホテル
テルミニ駅を降りたら左手へ向かい、5分ほど歩けばすぐ着きます！中国人の方が経営してるみたいなので、日本人は泊まりやすいのではないかと思います。とても親切です。

Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar und mit Anbindung an die Metro und nahe der Station Termini. Das Badezimmer war komplett schimmelig und muffig. Das Zimmer an sich roch durch das Bad ebenfalls muffig, war aber von der Sauberkeit relativ ok, bis auf staubige lampen und leisten. Die Beleuchtung war zu grell. Die Wände waren verdreckt.

B&B all'interno di un palazzo...
E' stato bello scoprire che la propria stanza era stata data e ci hanno fatto soggiornare in un hotel di fronte senza sapere come fosse a scatola chiusa...senza la nostra autorizzazione...mah che gente!!!

Nice B &B central of the city
First impression was not good . After complaints about the water flowing all over in the toilet girl told us .she will fixed it I the morning . When we wakup in the Morning whole room was stinking and spok to the reception girl . She told me owner is coming at 9am and we change the toilet seat. Some body came around the 9am and change the room. New room was very good. Over all it was ok but biggest problem was the language . We speak English and might be she speaks Chinese or Italian . For hotel staff English is essential.
