This hotel had potential. Bedroom was spacious and appeared to had been recently renovated. But I was placed on the second floor facing street, and it was SO NOISY. I could hear what people were chatting on the street. Metal carts retrieving linen in the morning was so loud. Breakfast was good. It had a good spread with fruits and pastries. I am familiar with Brazilian food and the language, but there was no sign in English explaining what the pastries were. I know some had ham or chicken, for example. But a vegetarian wouldn't know. I asked one of the attendants one day and even he didn't know what it was. I also had issue getting the shower at the right temp. Again, there was no indication which side was hot or cold. It seems the hotel is not really geared toward foreigners, and the experience may be better if at higher floor.

Realky enjoyed the check in srrvice and cimfort if the room. We had an issue and was immediately resolvedm convenient, safe and clean location. They could do more to improve cleanliness in the room and some finishes were damaged. The breakfast is yummy and a nice perk to stay here. I would stay here again. Thank you!

This property is convenient located between both major beaches in Rio. It's a short easy walk to shops of Copacabana or the restaurants of Ipanema. The room I had was the king suite with the large bathroom and soaking tub and I absolutely loved it! The 12th floor room offers great views of the city including the Cantagalo–Pavão–Pavãozinho. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the included breakfast was a perfect way to start my day in Rio.

3rd times a charm at Bossa Nova Ipamena
Lication, Location, Location is key! This place is in a GREAT spot in Rio. Near everything really. Breakfast, really good and light. Had fun my entire stay. Agents were very helpful in what I seeked. Close to transportation, bike raxks across street and a little xommunity grocery store at blocks end. Not a slight, but my only observation was power surge issues happened throughout stay (could be weather relayed, or not). Not the surprise you seek when you're relaxing in the big-bowled tub. But a gem hotel and location for sure!!!

Great location and friendly staff/service.
It was a very good stay overall. The service is great and staff is very friendly. The only problem we had was the leaky toilet which did not fill or flush well. The location was closed to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible design, wonderful room set up, the bathroom is amazing. Great Covid safety measures. On the negative side, the air conditioning, which is placed on the wall in the middle of the room, leaks water, and clearly is an older issue since the wall is damaged. I had to use a bucket to collect water at night and towels. I reported it to the reception to two people, and both said “ah OK,” no I’m sorry, no accommodations for the unpleasant experience. both people seem to be busy playing with the computer. Breakfast was really good, unfortunately not enough staffing. There was no hot water for the tea, when I request some it came in on old carafe that was so dirty that particles fell into the cup.

No amenities. Room set up very weird. Breakfast was average, a couple of days the bread was stale. The staff was not very freindly and there was a large picture of some woman on the back wall and there were several things broken in the room and we were told there was no one there to fix it. I had a very pleasurable stay! Gabriel at the Front Desk was absolutely amazing and took care of all my needs every time I needed help. The hotel was incredibly clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect! The only thing that wasn’t that great was the wifi. The signal was very weak and it got to the point that I had to leave my room on the 11th floor and come down to the lobby floor to get a good signal and be able to get my work done. Other than that, I have no complaints! I would definitely stay again on my next trip to Rio!

The property was modern, clean and looks new enen though there was the need for a couple of cosmetic repairs, such as toilet civer scratched.

Hotel tranquilo entre Copacabana e Ipanema. Caminhada que não chega a 10 min. Quartos bem conservados e limpos mas sem frigobar. I really enjoyed staying at the Best Western Premier Arpoador Fashion Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The hotel's location was ideal, very close to the beach and shops. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in Rio :)

I was a bit surprised with the high reviews. The first floor feels like a basement. You can’t open the curtains and the rooms are below street level with a very insecure sliding door. Everyone seemed so friendly in Rio, except for a few of the people working the front desk. The man who helped with my luggage was very kind and continued to be throughout my visit. My front desk calls were never answered in the time I was there. The toilet seat needs to be changed and the sheets should be fitted on the mattress, rather than just a regular sheet laying across.

The property was clean and tidy. Cleanliness was good. Needed some updating however. Our toilet seat definitely needed changing it was all chipped
