I booked this property for an overnight stay to help cope with my anxiety. I booked a room that said lake view as I was looking for somewhere with water that help me relax and stay calm. When I got there I was given a room facing the road. I went back down to customer service to asked and were told they do not know why it was advertised that way but there is no lake around. It was noisy as cars and people constantly go by all night. I was not able to change rooms because it was booked and also I could not get a refung

Hello Marlyn,You were assigned the room type you booked. Unfortunately the city has planted lots of trees which are beautiful but obscure the view. But it is still beautiful to look at and quiet, unfortunately no matter where you are located cars must drive past.Kind Regards

This is the second time we stayed here. It was a last minute decision for an overnight stay. It is very close to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. It is also fairly close to walk to the boardwalk. The only downside was there was a bunch of little kids running around and dogs barking early in the morning which wasn’t ideal for sleeping in but I would stay here again.

The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. The area is very pretty and walkable. The parking was private and safe. The breakfast room was neat as a pin and had good options. The room was very clean when we got there but we were never informed that when you want service you have to call the front desk and have your room cleaned before noon. No trash pick up or fresh towels unless requested. The TVs had weird channels and both were different running different programs. No guide for channels and major networks ABC, NBC, CBS were not available.

Staff was nice and helpful. Very convenient to the Avenue and boardwalk. Bathroom is extremely small. Could not figure how to turn off balcony porch light, so room had too much light all night even with curtain closed. Breakfast started at 8am, which i thought was late. I missed it. Probably acceptable, if i stayed multiple nights.

We chose this hotel for its moderate cost and convenient location within walking distance of everything in downtown Rehoboth near the boardwalk and beach. The room was as-advertised, clean, and we had no issues with our reservation. That said, we had a very poor experience with the front desk. On the balcony there is a light that is permanently ‘on’ at night, with no switch to turn it off ourselves. When we went to bed we noticed the light was flickering incessantly (like, strobe light, should be at the club levels of flickering) and it was coming in terribly through the curtains. When we called down to the front desk to ask for assistance turning it off, we were told “oh I know it’s so annoying when they do that, just hang a towel over it”. When we asked for maintenance to come, we were told that wasn’t an option, and there was nothing they could do. Throwing a towel over the light did absolutely nothing to help (shocker!) so we had to put up with the flickering all night. A very disappointing customer service interaction for an otherwise decent hotel.

Great location and large rooms. The breakfast was a let down. I’m cool with continental breakfast but not having fruit or yogurt was a disappointment. Coffee was good though.

This hotel is nicely situated a few blocks away from the beach and boardwalk while being in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of shopping and dining options in an easy walking distance.

Room was ok but bathroom was small our room along the street was kind of noisy request a room facing the lake if you like quiet breakfast was all prepackaged parking lot was full when we got back to the room,which was never serviced. Very walkable area for dining and drinking so we would stay again if we visit rehoboth beach

We love this hotel and its location. So sad that they took the hot breakfast away. One of the main reasons we booked here. Other hotels in the area are similar priced and do have hot breakfast. Unfortunately we will be looking to book those places.

Despite the resort fee and name, this is not at all a resort. It is an aging concrete motel from before Rehoboth was cool. That said, sheets were clean, window unit wasn't too too noisy and you are literally in the midst of Rehoboth. Easy walk to the beach, shopping and restaurants and a short drive to the outlets. The staff are super sweet. I'd have been perfectly satisfied if the property had just said "motel in Rehoboth!!"

Definitely old and has seen better days facility-wise. They do a good job. I stay at A Lot of chain hotels for sports (3 weekends per month). These were the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen! The beds are comfy. The staff is super helpful and nice. The area is walkable and super cute. We played at the DE Turf fields and the drive wasn’t bad at all.

Smells nice, looks updated and walking distance to boardwalk, stayed 3 nights no hot breakfast, pool is warm but small, single small elevator we took the stairs everyday and didn't get our room clean the whole time had to ask for more towels and put our trash in the hall to get it removed
