Increíble Hotel!!!
Increíble Hotel!!! Realmente todo funcionó perfecto. El personal -Adrain, Shannon, Jan Carlos, Roberto y todos- de lo mejor, siempre atentos y con una sonrisa...la playa perfecta, piezas increíbles: amplias, limpias, etc . Nada que decir...solo que espero volver luego!!

Lugar paradisíaco.
Estuvimos cinco noches y pasamos fantástico. Las piscinas están muy bien, el verde y las flores parecen pintadas y la playa es un poema. No ligamos con una buena ubicación de la habitación.

We stayed had a great vacation at The Somerset with our kids who are 12 and 14. It is a quiet resort, the grounds are very nice, the beach is beautiful and all of the staff we great! The condo we stayed in was very spacious and cleaned daily including turn down service each night. I would highly recommend staying here.

Staff lovely and friendly. Property well maintained. Breakfast included was a huge disappointment. Some few choices every day. I was expecting a changing daily breakfast. Restaurant on premises is independent of Somerset and food not very good. Would stay here again

Fabulous property. Residences were huge and extremely well-equipped. House keeping and turn down service was great. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Had the best trip!

Great but…
Very efficient, calm, nice property on a top beach. Food is very poor though (breakfast without add-ons) or pool side. No Caribbean flavour whatsoever

The Somerset is an absolutely breathtaking and peaceful spot to visit. You can't beat the location on Grace Bay - or the view! Their staff is exceptional, and make you immediately feel at home.

The cotages conditions are good, but they can vary from one to the other, as they are privatly owned and some of the owners mantain it better than others.

Amazing location, incredible property and amenities, but the. Ray was the hospitality and staff! Can’t say enough in how wonderful everyone was- from checkin, to Bill helping with activities, to the bar/restaurant seas and beach personnel - couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Definitely will be back!

I was so happy with the somerest , we had a 2 bedroom villa , that also had a car garage , so so much space and much more provided , beach was more than great and service impeccable, make sure to make reservations for the Tuesday night fire restaurant show it’s a must !!! Kids felt so safe and could go from one place to the other with out us even paying them attention !! Overall one of the best resorts I have ever been to .

We were anxious about taking our two year old to a condo resort where we might disturb relaxation time for others. How misplaced this anxiety was! I have traveled to many destinations and none match the "community" that this resort provided our family. From the amazing service by Berry, getting the crib in place for a nap after we arrived, to Claudine and Loxley being such amazing friends to our son, this trip left our 'fun' gas tanks on full!

The Somerset property and staff were awesome. Our room was great, like a small luxury apartment. We had a couple meals at the poolside restaurant which were all excellent. Best conch fritters of the places we tried. Only wish they had a few more options on site for dining. But there are places within a short walk along the gorgeous beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Somerset and are already planning our next trip there. This is a beautiful property at a great location and very nicely maintained. The entire staff (specially Gary, Winston, chef Eversley) were very friendly and pleasant, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Family getaway
My husband and I had been to Turks and Caicos a few years ago and were so excited to take our 4 kids back. The Somerset was beautiful! Our ocean villa easily accomodated our large family, it was beautifully decorated. The staff was amazing, from the front desk and housekeeping to the beach waiters and staff. We had a fabulous trip and can't wait to go back.

The Somerset at Grace Bay completely exceeded our expectations. Our villa, which had ocean view, was absolutely beautiful. The staff was amazing, breakfast was great. 5 stars all around.
