Dear Sir. I would like to thank you for taking the time to write a review, especially, because you expressed all the things you didnt like about our property, I have instructed the maintenance staff to review the seals of the suite to detect where is the noise coming from. I have also instructed the front desk staff to make sure the specify always that our prices are in US dollars, so noone ever has to be in the unfortunate situation you experienced. Some things are out of our control like the rooster, and music coming from the bar. but I can reassure you that we will work on the thinks that are here.
