"The house was just what we were looking for, an oasis of tranquility. It is as it appears in the photos. Beautiful views and perfectly equipped house. Our dog was happy among the olive trees. Highlight how absolutely clean the house was. We did many excursions, we spent time in Luca all within short distance of the house. With car everything is at hand. Massimo very friendly and attentive. We will be back for sure!"

"Our time in Tuscany was absolutely wonderful, Franco was such a great host, he had a snack and a beverage waiting for us and it was a pleasure to visit with him. La vue de la maison est magnifique et la piscine très agréable. La maison est très grande, bien entretenue et très bien équipée. "We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed and comfortable house that easily accommodated the six of us. Paulo (the owner) could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The local town is a short ten minute walk through the woods where there are options for eating, drinking and shopping. Guiseppe the property manager was a star - he cooked for us three times and it was delicious and helped us with everything we needed. "Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in guter und ruhiger Lage sehr genossen. Ein problemloser Check-in, ein guter Kontakt zur Gastgeberin, die gute Ausstattung des Hauses und der Garten, der einen schönen Auslauf für unseren Hund bot, haben dazu beigetragen. Great location that is both private for chill time (very spacious and relaxing yard, fantastic pool) and proximate to Lucca, wine tasting and other site seeing. Leandro kept in touch before, during, and just before leaving to make sure we had everything we needed and was super helpful. Highly recommended!"

"La casa di Enrico è proprio come te l'aspetti corrisponde perfettamente alle immagini dell'annuncio. Anzi forse ci sono una tutta una serie di dettagli che non sono nemmeno presenti in descrizione. Il giardino è immenso la vasca idromassaggio grande, grandi anche gli spazi esterni per mangiare all'aria aperta. La casa in sé è piccolina ma non manca assolutamente nulla. Non sono riuscita a trovare un utensile che non fosse presente! Enrico poi è super gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima...

"We were a group of 11 persons. The house was perfect for a large group. Everyone had his own bedroom with private bathroom but we had all meals together. If you like to cook, the house is really well equipped with kitchen facilities. The host was very helpful and attentive. We will be back."

Spazi ampi anche dentro casa, proprietari super gentili e disponibili.in estate con l'uso della piscina deve essere ancora meglio! La casa è isolata, i bambini hanno giocato molto anche all'esterno, senza disturbare nessuno. Da lì siamo andati a Lucca, Pisa, zoo di Pistoia (NB i tempi sono lunghi, ci vuole un'oretta di macchina per andare a Lucca e anche di più a Pisa). Unica pecca della casa: abbiamo trovato molte...

It is quiet (especially during the week) and with gorgeous views. The pool is a few strides from the house, rather than attached, but is pleasant and unusual. The owner was very kind and friendly and could not be more helpful - it is very welcoming. We had a fantastic stay, thank you."

"-Magnifique maison , ( chambres et salle de bain spacieuses et tout est très bien équipé ….) emplacement très pratique pour visiter la vallée de la Garfagnana….. tout est rapidement accessible en voiture ….génial pour les amateurs de randonnées.Les propriétaires sont très serviables .les frais de ménages et de linges sont compris dans le prix de la location .( ce qui est rarement le cas en Italie ) -Petite route très étroite et sinueuse pour accéder au logement….l accès à la piscine est payant...

"We were a family group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers and had an amazing time at this beautiful villa situated in an amazing location. The villa itself is large and spacious and the amenities are ideal - good size bedrooms, ample kitchen / dinning area, basement pool table room (although pool table has seen better days). The garden is lovely, great outdoor dinning areas with BBQ and a lovely swimming pool, plenty of pool inflatables and also x2 adult bikes and x2 childrens bikes. However one concern...

"Wir haben zwei rundum schöne Wochen in diesem schönen Haus verbracht! Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und wunderschön gelegen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber dennoch gut zu meistern, wir hatten mit unseren vw Bulli keine Probleme und wurden mit einer fantastischen Aussicht belohnt. Für Hundebesitzer gut zu wissen: das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, war also auch mit Hund sehr entspannt. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!"
