Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en un habitación con vista a la torre Eiffel, y es un verdadero espectáculo, la habitación era muy amplia y acogedora. El servicio fue muy bueno.

Bien pero....
La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente, sin embargo, deben hacer algo con el personal de servicio que simplemente entra a las habitaciones sin tocar. Esto es demasiado incómodo una vez, pero nos sucedió mas de tres veces durante la estadía y no fué agradable, avisamos pero no cambiaron nada. Supongo que es algun proceso interno.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicacion, todo a distancia caminando, centrico. Preciosos hotel, las habitaciones súper amplias y limpias. El servicio excelente. El bar muy acogedor con variedad de licores, pero el restaurante poca opciones en el menú.

El botones entra en la habitación sin llamar sabiendo que estamos en el interior !! Los desayunos caros y están muy lejos de un hotel de 5* Para ser justos tengo que decir que el personal de recepción muy bien.

Agradezco a todo el personal porque hicieron que nuestra estadía sea maravillosa. Venía decepcionada por una estadía en otro hotel pero aquí me hicieron olvidar de todo. El trato del personal, el cumplir con todas nuestras solicitudes. El hotel es de construcción antigua pero maravillosa, los mosaicos, las moquetas limpias, el baño posee bidet. Amé la bata que era de un tamaño grande y te envolvía bien. de tela gruesa, suave. Espectacular. Posee también una caja con adaptadores eléctricos. El baño del bar es simplemente maravilloso, tiene una decoración única. Vuelvo a Paris, vuelvo al Regina.

Muy Recomendado!!!
Es el hotel mas precioso y agradable que tiene Paris, con una vista indescriptible hacia los Jardins de Tuileries y la Tour Eiffel (dependiendo de la habitacion). Para los enamorados, un hotel parisino, renovado, con estilo, sobrio, elegante. Y lo mejor que tiene es el personal de servicio, desde la recepcion hasta el room service, todo el equipo es extremadamente agradable.

El hotel es un edificio muy antiguo, muy bonito, limpio, el personal es excelente en el trato, muy amables. En lo personal las camas no son cómodas, las habitaciones demasiado altos los techos por ser edificio antiguo y eso le quita algo de confort, los baños renovados, impecables de limpios pero incómodos. El desayuno muy malo y caro. Ojalá y lo hicieran más confortable ya que tiene ubicación excelente .

El hotel es un sitio histórico,
Tiene más de 100 años y se mantiene actualizado sobre todo en los baños. El espacio es adecuado y si tomas una suite el espacio es enorme.

El hotel está en obras y no tiene restaurante
El hotel tiene pinta de ser encantador cuando funciona al 100 por 100. Pero actualmente está de obras en la fachada y ésta no se ve. Los obreros hacen ruido y molestan un poco. Tampoco cuenta con restaurante para podetr cenar (sólo funciona el de los desayunos) porque lo están remodelando. A pesar de todos estos inconvenientes el hotel no ha tenido ninguna deferencia con nosotros y nos ha costado al mismo precio como si estuviera funcionando correctamente. Tampoco nadie nos aviso de estas obras. Por lo que respecta al personal son muy agradables y la situación inmejorable.

This property is amazing for its location and it's views. It is situated right next to the Louvre. The rooms were spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious as well and were provided amenties. We had plenty of towels. We upgraded our room for a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was worth ever penny. The balcony out of the bedroom was perfect to have our morning coffee and look at the city of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. My daughter and I have the best memories from our trip to Paris. Customer service was impeccable. The wonderful woman who checked us in, actually took us on a tour of our originally reserved room and the upgrade so we could make a decision of what would appeal better to us. This is a hotel that is so gorgeous in it's decor and appearance and is steeped in history! Would absolutely recommend.

The hotel is at great location and in walking distance of the Louvre, Musée D Orsay, the Eiffel Tower, and Norte Dame. The hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel and is more of a 3.5 star hotel, because of the service and condition of the hotel. We requested a luggage rack and it never came. The hotel was under construction and we received no notice of this. On the weekdays, there was loud banging and sawing noises waking us up in the mornings. We asked to move and were told they were all booked. They did not discount the room in any way. I would not stay at this hotel again. It is not worth $683 a night.

At first the lobby struck me as outdated and run down. But then over a day I came to appreciate the traditional charm. The room was excellent. Great bar and great little restaurant in the lobby. Staff super helpful and friendly. I will return for sure.
