Su razón, fue que no quería que nadie entrara a su habitación.Muchas gracias por su estadía

This is considered a No Show.You have until 11pm to show up at the hotel, after that time it is considered a No Show. Hello, the neighborhood is not shady it is the oldest commerce center of the city, it is a pedestrian only road vehicles are not allowed. There are about 1000 stores, bars, restaurants, hotels of all kinds in the area, it is also right next to Casco Viejo with probably the same amount of commerce, bars, restaurants, hotels. That does not sound like a shady area, does it?Our staff is very helpful, it is not true what you say, we are Spanish and English spoken. Read some of the other comments.We use satélite internet, which is less than a year old, our A/C's are all brand new, so are the mattresses, pillows, sheets, towels and TV'sThe one thing you got right is - it is cheap.The bar is currently closed due to renovations which have taken longer than expected.The service a hotel offers is a good service for a very low price. It is comfortable, clean, friendly and situated 2 blocks from Casco Viejo which is main tourist area. It also has some of the most expensive hotels.perhaps you should have stayed there.Speaking to our staff, they said you were a very rude, unfriendly person among other things they said about you. So our score for you is 0 out of 5.Thank you

Hello, we have 39 rooms, some have windows, some do not. If you were unhappy with a room without a window, you should've let us know so we could have changed your room.Humidity is always a problem in Panama, we try our best to keep rooms free of it. If your room smelled humid, again, you should've let us know and we would have changed your room and dealt with the humidity. I'm sorry but the hotel does have natural light, we have a transparent roof right in the middle of the building. We do have drinking water and the coffee that was given to you was bought fresh from the main supermarket that same day. Walkins have a different rate than the apps. If you were not happy with the Walkin Rate, then you should have paid via the app which is acceptable to us either way.Speaking to our staff, they pointed out that you were very rude to them from the begining.
