"I thought I had booked an apartment in the suburbs and found myself in a beautiful house in a calm rurban setting. The house is clean, fresh and well-equipped. The beds look old but very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with basic necessities such as salt, oil, and coffee filters. We were welcomed by a bottle of red and typical Mallorquin biscuits. The village of Son Sardina is nearby with grocery stoors and bakery."

"This place is a bit of a walk from the main tourist area of Palma but it was very clean and the pool was lovely after hot days of sightseeing. Taxi's are hard to come by in this area so be prepared to either walk a bit to find one or call one specifically."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial dans la maison de Andres. Spacieuse, propre et confortable, cette maison a contribué à la réussite de nos vacances d été ,notamment aussi avec sa belle terrasse. La proximité de la plage, de petits commerce, d excellents restaurants de Portixol, de la ville de Palma et surtout le calme absolu du quartier font que la maison est très bien située . Je recommande cette maison pour des vacances estivales !!! Je tenais aussi à remercier le merveilleux...

"Our party of 4 enjoyed a four night stay in this very nice apartment which is convenient for the city centre and the Santa Catalina area which has a nice market and plenty of bars and restaurants. Pedro was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful to any requests we made. If we return to Palma then we would be happy to stay here again."

"The property is great, lovely gardens and pool. Some of the fittings are a bit dated eg dishwasher, bathrooms but overall just fine. We chose the villa for it's location - it's just about 15 mins by car for everywhere we needed. Our daughter got married whist we were away and it was ideal for the venue, Palma city and close to where friends and family were all staying. It was a little too close to the airport though and quite noisy at times (also depended on the wind direction) It didn't stop us...

"Der geräumige Garten und die vielen Zimmer ermöglichen es, dass man die Urlaubszeit bestmöglich miteinander verbringen kann. Eine Tischtennisplatte und ein Grill komplettieren die Gesamterscheinung. Das historisch eingerichtete Haus bietet ein hervorragendes Ambiente für den Urlaub mit der Großfamilie. Unsere fünf Kinder konnten sowohl spielen, die auch sich gegebenenfalls aus dem Weg gehen. ;) gelegenes Restaurant am Ende der Straße bietet lokale Kost, sowie Pizza und man konnte entspannt zu...

"Era céntrico, con facilidad de aparcamiento y el personal era amable. Además las instalaciones del apartamento estaban bien. No me gustó que pedimos una habitación sin balcón sin saber que eso significaba estar en un -1 con una ventana pequeña que daba a la acera de la calle, con poco luminosidad y con mucha humedad, lo que resultó bastante desagradable para mi pareja que era asmático."
