Muy buena elección
La habitación con dos ambientes fue excelente, la vista al mar y a un castillo tan típico de Palermo. La limpieza del hotel en general no es tan buena, pero Palermo es extremadamente sucio, y este hotel parecía un Oasis en el medio de tanta basura. Es por ello, que la elección de este hotel me pareció muy acertada. Además con temperaturas superiores a los 40 grados , la piscina es muy necesaria. La ubicación es perfecta a 15 minutos de la peatonal caminando

Buena ubicación y desayuno
La relación calidad precio está bien. Es lo que puedes esperar de un 4 estrellas en Europa. La habitación bastante bien con un buen balcón con vista al mar, aunque el mar está un poco distante y hay una avenida y un parque de por medio. Por eso sugiero las habitaciones que tienen balcones hacia los jardines interiores. Lo mejor es el desayuno; esta muy variado y rico. La ubicación es bastante buena. Está en uno de los extremos donde comienza el centro histórico y puedes caminar hacia los lugares de interés o hay taxis o autobuses que te llevan. También hay una parada a dos cuadras de un bus turístico que te lleva a todas las atracciones. En resumen; si lo recomiendo .

Muy comodo para ver Palermo, muy agradable por tener el mar d frente, con un jardin chulo a un lado y un edificio precioso al otro lado. Y la pisicina muy agradable para refrescarse.

El hotel está en malas condiciones físicas. Personal muy desatento. Cucarachas, hormigas y moscas en la habitación. El sanitario estaba sucio con costras de materia fecal. Horrible. No dejaron toallas ni papel higiénico. El teléfono para llamar no funcionó a ninguna extensión. La cadena NH debe retirar este hotel de su inventario

Very pleasant stay in Palermo. Rooms are modern, spacious, the hotel is placed nicely in an area with parking availability. I found this to be a must in Palermo

Nos tocó una habitación antigua pero pedimos upgrade por 10 EUR y valió la pena, por porco más puedes realizar checkout más tarde, el personal muy amable, las instalaciones un poco dejadas. Situación buena. Parking gratis. Piscina amplia. Desayuno correcto.

Great breakfast, great service.
Great hotel with excellent service. Location is good, near the centre, in front of a park by the seaside. Breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are modern and very comfortable (only downside the temperature of the shower, hard to regulate). Especially remarkable the front desk service: my flight was cancelled due to problems in Rome's airport, so I arrived one day later and they did not charge that night (even though it was paid through the agency and they could have very easily shrug on that).

La chambre n’est pas du tout insonorisée, nous avions l impression que la fenêtre était entre-ouverte, alors qu’elle était fermée. Nous étions réveillés toutes les nuit avec les bruits extérieurs Absence de bouilloire et de bouteille d’eau gratuites. Pas suffisamment de choix dans le menu du restaurant, mais le peux de plats étaient de bonne qualité.

The location for this hotel is great for a short stay in Palermo .. close enough to both the port and the city for all the sights. What was very disappointing and we hadn’t been made aware of was the pool area was closed due to the pool being updated with a new tile band. There are no other areas for lying out at the hotel and the hotel reception were not apologetic when we asked about it. The cleaning around the hotel is a little lax. Rubbish, glasses and a water bottle was left by the pool area for the 3 days we were there. The staircase to the first floor was definitely not mopped down or swept either. The same 6 black sticky spots on the first 6 stairs were there for the duration too. The bedroom was nice but again floors were not washed and the bathroom cleaning was a bit haphazard.

Dinner Menu. Just for tourists, should be nice to have a Pizza/Sandwich/Hamburguers. After you enjoy the City, you need to come back to the hotel and have an easy dinner. After Sunset, have a car or use the taxis. The area is dark and full of homeless. Nothing happened... but you don't feel safe walking by.
