Je ne sais pas ce qu'elle voulait, mais prendre un petit-déjeuner italien et des produits salés ne convient pas à tout le monde à Palerme pour un petit hôtel de catégorie. Bonne journée la gestion

kind client I don't understand how come has told me that I am a little polite! our priority is to evidently be kind and polite with all it had necessity to write some foolishness. the hotel is found to the 2 floor as pointed out by the inventory.if it had difficulty to climb you/he/she could ask help to our personnel. and rooms are as see her on internet and are present anywhere both on the sites of booking and on all the socials, let's not want to deceive anybody!next time that writes some critique I beg her/it to be more correct because is important for the one that reads these critiques!
