El hotel esta super bien ubicado muy bonito decorado el bañi muy amplio y el persinal muy amable Lo único inconveniente fue que llevamos mucho equipaje y tiene muchas escleras no tiene elevador

A good location right on the edge of the old town. Easy transport to and from the airport using the shuttle. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You are also close to the marina and plenty of bars and restaurants. The room was spacious and had an up to date bathroom. My bed was comfortable and had a balcony. Very enjoyable stay however no lift so if you have mobility issues then be aware

The ladies at B22 were awesome in terms of welcoming us and providing recommendations on dining option and history of the building. They are very proud of the level of restoration that was put into the building as they should be!

This is a nice cozy hotel in the middle of Palermo next to the harbour. Many restaurants and small shops are nearby. The stuff is very friendly. Emanuela treated us very friendly and was all day and night reachable.

Stayed here just last week and had a lovely time. It's a little difficult to find as it's in a maze of streets but we got there in the end and found somewhere nearby to park. It's in a great place for walking to other areas and even though we only had 1 day in Palermo we managed to get to everywhere we wanted to. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean with a very modern Ensuite. Breakfast was at a local cafe due to Covid but it was paid for by the property and was only a couple of minutes walk away in a lovely square. The staff were incredibly helpful with local information, advice about parking and sorted out the driving congestion charge for us. We kept our bags in the library room all day after check out and managed to get changed in the bathroom before going to the airport. The only downside was the 3 floors we had to walk up to the room which was tough in the heat but great exercise. Would definitely recommend!

Ótima localização , café da manhã simples , estacionamento próximo ao local porém trabalhoso para carregar as malas , sem elevador tivemos que subir 3 andares com as malas , bom atendimento , único desconforto foi só ficar sabendo na saída que o consumo feito teria que ser pago em dinheiro

Var på jakt etter hotell med balkong i Palermo. Bestilte Delux dobblerom på BB22 som var beskrevet på sidene til Hotels.com som følger: ...30 kvadratmeter stort, individuelt innredet rom med en balkong med utsikt mot hagen og sjøen... Dette viste seg ikke å stemme. Viser seg at ikke alle Delux rom har dette. Vi fikk hverken balkong eller utsikt. Klaget til betjeningen og dei viste til BB22 sine egne nettsider der det er beskrevet at "noen" rom har desse fasilitetene. Ene dagen ble heller ikke rommet rengjort eller skiftet håndduker. Skuffet over Hotels.com`s feilinformasjon. Hadde ikke booket dette rommet om jeg hadde rett informasjon.

I thought it was hard to find. It was my first time driving in a city in Sicily. I did manage, but I’m not sure I would have if I had been traveling alone. I had to park and leave my friend with the car and walk around to find it. However...if I had not been driving and had taken a cab, I’m sure that would have been easy!

This is a splendid and central B&B. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast is fine: simple but plentiful and varied. The rooms are very well decorated and quite spacious, with charming little balconies. A very relaxing stay!

Old Town Palermo
BB22 is right in the centre of the city and it is easy to walk to most locations of interest in the area. The room and facilities were good. Many good options for eating in the close proximity.

More a cool boutique hotel than a B&B
Located very centrally yet in a quiet, hip, sidestreet. The room was nicely designed and very comfortable. The amenities are limited but just right for a small boutique hotel (nice breakfast, cool public bar/terrace, and that's it). Our only gripe was that the reception person was not there during our appointed arrival time (which was during their normal hours when someone should be there in any event) and shlepping our luggage up 3 non-air conditioned stories was not a great start. But once we settled in, everything was great.

Not So Good Second Visit
This was our second visit as we started and ended our holiday in Palermo. The place was busy and the room we had was not as nice as first visit. It was on the first floor close to laundry room. It was dark and noisy. It overlooked a courtyard with a large, beautiful tree which cut out light as did the rest of the buildings. Didn't get any sun first thing in the morning. It was also noisy as there was work going on in the courtyard to restore a building and there was obviously stone cutting/cleaning going on as there was dust everywhere and you couldn't open the window because of it. One of the overhead bedlights didn't work and there was no heated towel rail which meant the towels remained a little damp. No balcony - unlike first visit - and as the room was so dark you hadn't a clue what the weather was like outside. It may have been called the Gold room - but no gold marks from us. The door catch rattled every time someone went in and out of the building so we jammed it with paper. Not such a good experience as first time so it obviously depends on room. Also the breakfast room is not very large and this time the place was very busy, so it was little cramped but basically OK.

Pleasant Place
Nice place in centre of Palermo but still very quiet. Walking distance to most places of interest. Convenient place to stay and loads of places to eat nearby. One particularly good place was Mangia and Beve across the road. Nice room on third floor with small balcony.

Angenehm Wohnen mitten in Palermo
Dieses BB mitten in der Altstadt von Palermo ist ein Geheimtip. Nachdem wir es im Strassengewirr mit etwas Mühe gefunden hatten, wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Den Autoschlüssel konnten wir nur abgeben und das Auto zwei Tage später wieder in Empfang nehmen. Die Lage ist optimal und am Zimmer ist nichts auszusetzten - eine ruhige Oase mitten im bunten Treiben dieser lebhaften Stadt. Nich gerade billig, aber das Geld wert.

Great boutique B&B in old part of town
The people who run the B&B were adorable and very helpful. They rang a few days before we were due to arrive to explain that there was a problem with our booking due to building works. We had booked a 1 bed apartment as we thought our son would be with us, but they offered us a room with breakfast included to compensate which was fine by us. When the satnav sent us into a pedestrian zone I rang them and we were quickly guided to the B&B. The B&B is an old palace and near the port. We were given lots of suggestions of things to see and where to eat. We only stayed 2 nights, but it was delightful. My only slight disappointment was that our room was quite small, especially given that we were expecting to be in 2 rooms. At first I thought it was because they were full, but I discovered that this was not the case. However the bathroom was very spacious and we had everything we needed, and the aircon worked, so we were happy.

Lovely B&B spoiled by inconsistent staff
The B&B was really good, classy rooms in a very inner Palermo location. It was a bit hard to find down a narrow lane off a quiet street and some would find the three flights of stairs up a challenge, but in nearly all respects it was a very good choice. Sadly the problem was that the staff whilst welcoming seemed to have their minds on other things when it came to breakfast. More effort to be helpful and cheerful would have made this a great choice; as it was it was questionable.

シチリア島は母が楽しみにしていた場所だった為、ホテル選びにとても迷いましたが、 テンションの上がるBBに泊まれて幸せでした！ ナポリから船で移動した為、朝の6時に到着。宿を目指して向かいましたが、場所は少し分かりづらく、迷いましたが、 オーナーさんがタイミングよく来られ、朝早いのにチェックインもさせてくれ、カフェスペースでカプチーノや朝ごはんも食べていけと本当に親切な方でした。 部屋ごとに内装が違うようで、お客様の居ない部屋を見せてもらいました‼︎ 外観は「ん？」と思う立たずまいでしたが、中は近代的なとにかく細部までセンスの良いBBでした。 新婚旅行などにはとてもオススメです‼︎

This is a nice place, but the fact that there is no reception can make it difficult for travellers. At that price you would expect room service and a lift to the third floor. There were drinks in the conservatory area, but I don't think it was self service. I also found the bathroom pretty old fashioned. There are better hotels in Palermo for this money

A perfect base for exploring Palermo
This gem of a B&B is a perfect base to explore the vibrant city of Palermo and is conveniently located close to the historic quarter with all sights in walking distance. The rooms are simple but with attention to detail in design and nice touches like a multi-coloured chandelier on the balcony. Breakfast is basic but adequate. I will certainly return when next in Palermo.
