Gracias por sus comentarios. Todos los curators tienen un itinerario donde indica las habitaciones y hay otro localizado en el lobby que es cambiado diariamente. De todas maneras espero que haya disfrutado su estadia con nosotros.

las instalaciones son excepcionales, la habitacion asignada duplex tipo townhouse fue extraordinaria encima de la piscina y cerca de todo, la playa muy sabrosa, una buena opcion lejos de la movida ciudad

Lamento haber reservado allí
Había reservado habitación con 3 camas y sólo había 2, una de ellas un sofá. Reclamé y trajeron, después de reclamar nuevamente, una cama rodante que estorbaba en cualquier lugar que se la pusiera. La gran mayoría de los pasajeros era gente muy mayor, parecía un geriátrico y yo tengo 67. Nunca he visto un lugar con una infraestructura tan importante y tan poco glamour. Jamás regresaría, aunque tuviera 85 años. En cuanto al "Beach Resort" todavía estoy buscando la playa.

camas muy confortable y excelente servicio
La habitacion estaba espectacular muy amplia y limpia, balcon con vista al mar y la piscina, la cama y las almohadas super confortables y comodas, la atencion del personal del hotel es A1, super amables y atentos, no dudaria en volver a ese hotel, queda un poco retirado del centro de la ciudad y del aeropuerto pero aun asi vale la pena, siempre hay taxi disponible asi que no hay problema de movilidad.

Day1. Greeted by the lovely Beyoncé at the Front Desk. Check in was smooth and quick (arrived 3;30pm). 4pm attended Welcome ceremony with Dr. D the Facility Director. The rest of my week (5/13-18) was wonderful. The Infinity Pool was exquisite; The birds beautiful; other patrons were very courteous and friendly. I learned how to embrace the water by taking a water-aerobics class (the ladies and the instructor Lucy were fabulous). Drinks and Dinner served in the Courtyard- nice drinks made by David. Staff very helpful and courteous. They have Go-Carts to take you around the complex if you have too many bags or too tired to walk. Dawn Beach is clean and the water is glorious. Please stop by the Beranda for delicious foods by Chef Carlos 😍.

The property was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants on the property. We ate breakfast there every morning and the food was good enough! The beach is just steps away, we stayed on the side closest to the beach entry. They also had several nights with entertainment, we attended 2 of the nights. The entertainment was really nice! I would stay here again. Also if you decide to get a rental car, parking is free at the hotel.

The checkin with Beyoncé was very nice, she gave us the bottle of wine. Entering the room, it was getting maintenance done so that wasn’t great and then one day a maid came and asked for something she forgot in the closet or wanted to give to another guest out of our closet so that was kind of odd. It was a lovely stay overall, nice staff for the most part (find that the men staff were nicer than the women, besides Beyoncé, she was kind) the property was clean and cute. Transport is a lot, not so convenient on pricing and the food was so so good.

3 full days in paradise was just not enough! I did end up losing 1.5 days, as I came down with a viral intestinal illness, and stayed in bed all day the last full day and into the morning, today. I will have to return!

The photos show the updated time share rooms but when you check in the hotel they place you in the older rooms. I received a free upgrade but wasn’t happy with the view and the age of the room. It was spacious and the staff was nice. The location is far from the city.

The area was immaculate and beautiful. The staff all go out of their way to make sure that my needs were met. They help arrange transportation when I wanted to go out on a trip. It was a wonderful week away.

I enjoyed my stay at Oyster Bay. The staff was super friendly and the facilities were clean. There were great dining options and good daily activities. I was able to get a driver thru the front desk who became our driver the entire stay. Check out the restaurant Big Fish nearby. It was amazing.

Ocean view room was breath taking. Room and amenities were very clean. My husband and I were very pleased. However even with the blackout curtain at sunrise, the sunlight woke us up very early every morning.

The billing process. I need one invoice at the end of the stay. They charge my card and then charge again for any other charges. So thats 2 charges for one stay. Its difficult to submit expenses this was. All other hotels will hold my card open then at the end do one checkout charge.

We had a smooth check-in process. We received a bottle of wine well wrapped and presentable as a gift. The property is very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only thing that was a little weird was they told us breakfast finished at 10 am but when we went to the Infinity Restaurant at 9:26 am they informed us that breakfast was finished and we should stay for Brunch, which was way overpriced and it was more of lunch options and less breakfast, just sausages and plantains would fall under breakfast in Brunch. Other than that everything else was pretty smooth. Check-out was also a breeze, and the hotel called a cab for us while we went shopping at the gift shop.

The place is very well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, it is far from town and taxis take a long time in the traffic. This is not the property‘s fault — it’s just that St. Martín is way overcrowded. Also, Dawn Beach is too wavy — the breezes off the Atlantic are usually too strong for leisurely swimming

We loved our room and location of this resort! Definitely get one of the one bedroom suites if you can. I recommend renting a car to get around. Orient Beach is only 15 mins away and has some great restaurants. The Oasis restaurant is only 5 mins away and it’s a great little French restaurant beside a French cafe, Bread and Butter. I will say this about the resort in that it is very quiet and it seemed like the activities focused around the seniors. If you have young kids you may want to stay someplace else that has a younger clientele. Every night we came back after dinner it was very quiet around the pool and the bar was pretty much empty, starting about 7pm.

Overall nice property, settled in a quite area of the island. Transportation to all activities or around the island can only be provided by taxis or rent a car. The car rental service provided on the property has minimum or non existent inventory and staff is not friendly in accommodating that need. It is. Noise free and safe property, but lacks on the available activities to enjoy while also relaxing. Great resort overall for relaxing safe on the island, but not enough amenities to make the day more entertaining.

We liked this resort. Long sandy beach with lounges and umbrellas. Beautiful pool. Very good restaurant on-site, as well as a beach bar/restaurant. Rooms were very nice and staff helpful. A little far from the airport but worth the drive.
