"I booked this home somewhat last minute as an alternative to paying out the nose for a hotel for Oney grad weekend. What a GORGEOUS property. Well maintained, great communication, right on the lake. Simply beautiful. Wish I could have spent more time there. Highly recommend!"

"Great stay for my son’s week at all star village. Angela is awesome. I was nervous to stay alone but was totally out at ease that she lives right next door & the neighborhood is super safe. Very clean & cute. Ideal location this about a 3 min drive away. Such a great value!"

"We enjoyed the property so much. It was a wonderful spot to bring our dog. They have everything you need there! It was so close to the college track with everything so handy. The large jet tub was a perfect ending to a chilly day at the track. Hostess was so kind and communicative. Very pleased! If you’re considering this property - do it!"

"My family stayed at this house while my son played at All Star Village. This house was perfect in every way!! When you walk in you can tell it’s super clean and felt we “at home” right away there is not one negative thing to say! The owners answered any questions we had and were very pleasant. Very convenient to the stores and less than a 10 minute drive to All Star Village. This house is a gem and would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s just perfect!"

"The place was clean and very comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We had the back upstairs apartment. Kitchen had major appliances and basic cooking items, but some expected items were not provided (for example, a grill was provided, but grilling utensils were not). Comfortable bed. Convenient parking right outside apartment door. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Ten-minute drive to CASV. We would stay again, given the opportunity."

"This was an excellent place to stay with families. The house was big and had enough space for 3 families to comfortably spend the weekend together. The only drawback was it took about 20-30 minutes to get to anything-- coffee, groceries, etc. The location was great if you just want to sit and have a fire. The house was clean with a lot of kitchen supplies, towels and the beds were neatly made. There was adequate air conditioning/fans for hot days. We had a great stay. Thank you!"

"We were a small group of baseball parents spending the week watching our kids play at the Cooperstown All Star Village. This apartment was very clean, comfortable and well stocked for our needs. It was conveniently close to the CASV grounds making it easy to go back and forth between games. The hosts were easy to communicate with and readily available (not that we had any issues or needs). I would highly recommend this accommodation, especially for baseball parents."

"It is a beautiful estate with plenty of room for everyone and almost all of the amenities one could want. We had a great time! The basement was not as finished as we thought but was comfortable enough for what we needed. The location is a bit more country than we expected, with an interesting drive to get there, but the owners were amazing in letting us know how to navigate. It is a bit isolated and very quiet if that is what you are looking for."

"Perfect location! It takes less than 10 minutes to commute to All-Star Village, walking distance to downtown Oneonta and restaurants. The house itself is great. Common space and kitchen are spacious, bedrooms are all set up great with a television in each, and the natural light in the place is wonderful. Crystal was very quick to respond and such a pleasant person to communicate with. Would highly recommended this home to baseball families heading to All-Star Village!"

"This property was perfect for me husband and me while our son played at All-Star Village. Super clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short stay. We ended up having a storm-related power outage, and though it put a major crimp in our stay the prop manager brought over a generator so we had some AC for at least a little while. Highly recommend for 1-2 guests who want proximity to ASV for a reasonable price!"

"En líneas generales estuvo muy bien, me asignaron una habitación en planta baja muy cómodo para mi a pocos pasos de la puerta de salida y del estacionamiento, agradezco mucho que acepten perros, los únicos puntos negativos, la ducha estaba un poco vieja el agua salía con poca presión es decir me tardaba un poco para bañarme y el olor a Marihuana bastante desagradable en el estacionamiento, siempre había dos dos o tres carros con gente fumando marihuana"
