Hotel bonito con pésimo servicio.
El servicio deja mucho que desear! El personal no acude a los llamados, son demoras extensas para pasar la carta, cuenta y para servir la comida, no actúan con cortesía. El hotel es muy bonito y bien ubicado pero no volvería, mucho menos con mis hijos.

Its a very nice Hotel, the people is amazing, nice pool. The only issue was the bed, pretty uncomfortable and very noisy. Even trying to move a pillow resulted in very high noise.

La atención de la gente es muy especial, las instalaciones muy buenas, la comida también. Atentos a corregir cualquier necesidad. Los botones y personal del restaurante y bar son increíblemente atentos. En la playa no hay ducha ni servicio de baño eso hace mucha falta.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y el técnico fue pero no resolvió, que esperáramos, salimos a cenar y llegamos muy tarde y el aire igual. La cama tiene el colchón vencido y se hunde quedas como en una hamaca, me causó dolor en mi pierna y espalda Pedimos late check out y no fue posible

A lot of construction going on both at the property and around the area. The swim up pool was closed and the roads leading to our hotel were blocked due to paving without notice. Our taxi had to drop us off further away and we had to walk the rest of the way. We could hear the very loud music coming from the neighbouring hotel from our room. Staff extremely slow. I’ve seen a few unexplainable charges on my credit card. During checkout, I asked for a print out of the bill and the staff checking us out advised that the printer was broken, even though I had just seen her print another guest’s receipt. I asked her again and she said she can email it..the email never came and I asked again she claimed that I would receive it in 2 hours. I still haven’t received any email.

The property was amazing from the moment we arrived. The staff welcomed you and made you feel right at home. There was such a great atmosphere all around at this hotel. The hotel staff really made our trip the best. The pool and bar are amazing and the food at the hotel was great didn’t have one bad meal. Room was big and clean couldn’t hear any noise from the pool area even though we had a pool view. The shuttle to the beach was very good and never had to wait long for a ride. Beach was very nice it never disappointed clean and very friendly people all around. Definitely recommend the courtyard Marriott.

Not Marriott quality. AC fan would not adjust and stayed too loud entire time. "Garden view" was a wall and HVAC equipment that blocked almost entire view. Breakfast buffet was terrible. All the French toast was completely burnt.

Spent my husband's 60th birthday here and I would definitely stay again. Hotel was very clean staff was so…. Freaking friendly we had a good time with them every night. Food was delicious. Continental breakfast was legit… first time in Aruba for sure not my last.

We loved the Court Yard Marriott. Very clean. Nice staff especially at the bar and restaurant. Every one very friendly. Hotel should have more daily or pool activities. We waited for water zumba every day the instructor didn't come. But overall great stay!

The property is clean, the pool is beautiful, free breakfast was decent, and our room was spacious. The bathroom has a frosted glass sliding door with a big open gap and frosted glass window facing the bed inside the room. The front desk staff was not very welcoming. "May I help you?" or How are you? Would be nice. Three women working behind the desk chatting didn't acknowledge my family standing in front of them until I interrupted them. I saw some customers were given a welcome beverage others were not, we were part of the not group. They do not have service attendants to help with luggage. My parents are elderly with a disability and there was no one to assist. There was only one waitress working alone at the outside restaurant. It took over an hour to get a salad. She was very kind and apologizing for the service. The hotel is okay for maybe one or two nights. I would not recommend staying for a full week. There are other hotels and resorts with a similar price that are closer to the beach and more organized. Thankfully we were there for only one night.

Everyone is so friendly and kind. Property is not located on beach but do close it is walkable. They do provide a shuttle for the beach though. Breakfast was delicious!

Property was in excellent condition, customer service was excellent and bar tenders were excellent. I will be coming back soon for sure .

2/10 Terrible

Stayed there last week for 4 nights. For the rooms facing south-east, so much noise until 3am with very loud music. One staff member even said she's not aware of such problem. Another staff said sorry for the inconvenience but there is nothing they can do. I even tried ear plugs which didn't help either. I don't want blame employees working there though. The management team must have known this issue for a while and choose not to take any action. Isn't a reasonably quite room for a good sleep the first basic to any hotel?
