"The beach house was perfect for a Newport Beach and Balboa island trip. The Wi-Fi is fast, the beds are comfy, the location is fantastic! I swear the cookware and kitchen necessities are the best we’ve had at a vrbo. You are about 1/2 block from beach and two blocks from balboa ferry. Coffee shops nearby, pier and late night cocktails!"

"Location is great to the beach, Disney and LA. Parking was tight and confusing as to which side of the garage was ours. Top floor gets the left side BTW. Get to the garage from the alley. Had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the same day. 👍 The beach chairs and toys were super helpful."

"This was a great property. I slept like a baby in the Queen room, the bed was very comfortable and my daughters enjoyed the bunk beds. We live locally so we really just enjoyed the beach and patio for a couple of days. "

"Had an excellent stay for a girls trip weekend. Very clean, very spacious, and in a great location with easy access to beach, ferry, coffee, and more. The location was incredible, and having a garage space was awesome so we didn’t have to deal with finding a parking spot in Newport. For surfing, it’s a laid back lineup and people were friendly.
