This is mentioned at time of booking 40.16 "Access to the Private Guest Lounge, complimentary Wellness Classes, 24-hour gym access, Peloton Bikes, guaranteed access to all restaurants, bars, and nightlife" We will ensure this is clear with Expedia. At PUBLIC we do not offer valet parking however, we do have a partnership with the ICON packing garage located a few blocks away from the hotel. Next time you stay with us please feel free to call the hotel with your time of arrival and we will be happy to accommodate luggage carts and assistance for you when available. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your recent stay. We're pleased to hear that you found our hotel to be nice, although we understand your concern about the price. Regarding the long lines for coffee in the mornings, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Im not sure if you were informed but we offer complimentary coffee every morning on the lobby level for guest between the hours of 6am and 8am. We're continuously working to improve our service and will take your feedback into account to better manage peak times.
