Es la segunda vez que estamos en este hotel, en general todo está muy bien, pero me pareció que las habitaciones ahora se ven un poco viejas. En especial el escritorio y el baño.

Iconic New York but the only disappointment at this hotel was its lack luster room service menu. Who shuts down room service at 9Pm on a NYC Saturday night? Weird.

We had a fabulous stay at Ace. The location was superb, great food options all around, nice walk to the theater and close to the subway. Lobby was hip, coffee from Stumptown every morning on our way out, we could not have asked for more.

The hotel was very dark and moody. The ambiance was great, although the rooms were also incredibly dark. It was hard to do my makeup even. The floors were dirty, the bathtub had brown stains inside of it and would flood while showering. The room just felt… gross. The bar downstairs is great the staff was okay. Not the friendliest.

Did not put me in a room with “city view” that I paid for. Major, dangerous leak in bathroom that no one communicated to front desk after THREE attempts. Moldy old shower curtains that have to be against health code. Claims on room service like “Wagu beef” are patently FALSE. $9 (!) charge for water. Broken refrigerator. Bath tub doesn’t drain. Nothing has been update since I was here 14 years ago. Property fee is a joke. And same charge for a one-bedroom non city view so obviously the pricing is ARBITRARY.

Room size was amazing. Mini bar had great selection. Cleanliness of the room was lacking - sofa was very stained and there was a lot of dust on furniture. No coffee machine either, and no coffee station in lobby or floors so if you have an early morning start it is not ideal.

Room was spacious and quiet on 7th floor, Staff was accommodating and friendly. Nice vibe in lobby. Two things I would change-need coffeemaker in room when it’s early and you are not quite dressed! And better shower curtain-they were not weighted and stuck to you as you showed. Little things. But I’d come back!

We really enjoyed the location and overall "vibe" of the hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was a perfect size for our needs. We enjoyed the addition of guitar (my son plays) and a turntable with a fun selection of vinyl (although some of the records were missing). The only "complaints" I can think are: - there was a persistent unpleasant smell, kind of like mothballs in the hall and in our room - the shower was a little frustrating to use Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we would definitely consider returning.

엘리베이터 앞에 있는 방에 있었는데, 사람들 지나다니는 소리 너무 적나라하게 다 들림, 뜨거운물이 세번째 날부터 않나옴. 뜨거운 물이 딸리는거 같았슴. 화장실이 너무 좁고, 욕실역시 너무 작아서 샤워시에 약간 위험할거 같다는 생각이 들정도였슴. 왜냐하면 샤워커튼을 피할 수 있는 공간이 별로 없어서 샤워중에 발이 샤워커튼을 밟아서 미끄러지는 순간 크게 다칠거 같았슴. 그리고 히터소리가 너무나 크기 때문에, 소음에 민감하신 분들은 아예 이 호텔을 사용하지 마실것을 권고 드림, 그리고 대부분의 뉴욕의 오래된 호텔들은 동일한 종류의 히터를 사용하기 때문에 새로 지은 호텔을 사용하시기를 권장드림.
