The beds and other furniture are too old, the hotel is nice but they should remodel, I saw a little cockroach, I loved the view from my room, Improve the beds and furniture and it will be a perfect hotel

Estuve hospedado durante 5 dias en este hotel.Cuando me entregaron la habitacion ni bien entre se sintio el olor de humedad,la carpeta estaba mojada no habia papel en el baño no funcionaban las tvs y cuando fui a reclamar me dijeron q me iban a solucionar pero la solucion llego hasta el miercoles. El dia mismo dia de entrega sinseramente no me fije la camapero el momento de dormir nos dimos cuenta que estaban mojados la verdad una decepción total este hotel

I liked the relaxation, the cleaning, the calmness, all of the services in general, very appropriate to come with family and i reslly liked the room that i had, and when i come back for the summer vacation i will think of going here first as my first option. Yo y mi familia y unos amigos nos hospedamos por dos noches, la vista al mar era espectacular, todo muy limpio, la cocina y sala muy espaciosa, lo único que les hace falta poner utensilios en la cocina como cucharas y tenedores, pero todo lo demás estuvo muy bien.

the staff that works very attentive and well educated, now the lousy installation, poor hygiene, cockroaches everywhere, a bad smell throughout the hotel, in general terrible cleanliness and hygiene

The Jamaican rooms are located in the smaller hotel. This area is under construction caution tape and workers patching up. Scaffolding pieces. My room needed to be swept and mopped used my personal wipes to clean up the floor. The kitchenette area had a big brown bug crawling around. The sink started dripping. Something bit me. I won’t stay at the smaller location but maybe the bigger tower.

Horrible experience. Stayed at Jamaica side and it's filthy and outdated. No water pressure. Key cards didn't work. I don't recommend.

When arriving you can park in the front entrance in a max 15 min spot to go check in and unload your vehicle. By the elevators is where you get your luggage rollers to assist with baggage . Check in was a breeze I paid through a third party site. You do have to leave a $100 deposit by credit card once you arrive. It is refundable. Starbucks and Ben & Jerry’s is directly across from the hotel. Along with easy parking in a garage. My room had full kitchen and dining area. Overall it was a great stay. Direct oceanfront. With closeness to beach entrance on side of hotel. Clean and no issues. Will stay again.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! Friendly and very helpful!!! Location is awesome. All the pools are great. Could use some updates but it is nothing major. I would also recommend a few more designated smoking areas.
