Hotel acogedor y bien situado
El personal de recepción fue muy amable, hay café, té y agua con limón o naranja gratis. Además en la habitación también ponen dos botellas de agua gratis. La habitación es bastante amplia y tranquila. Aunque el baño es un poco pequeño, sobre todo la ducha y además tiene un extractor de aire que no se apaga en toda la noche. La zona es buena y céntrica.

Pésimo no lo contraten
No se respeto. Check por parte del hotel. El hostess nos envió a otro hotel donde supuestamente nos atenderían sin embargo nos tuvieron hasta altas horas de la madrugada. No recomiendo la atención de este hotel

Buen hotel
En general es un buen hotel, con buenas instalaciones, bien cuidado y personal muy atento, el desayuno es estándar, cereales, huevo, jugo, fruta, jamón y quesos. Esta muy cerca de la estación así que la movilidad es muy buena.

Es un excelente hotel, un trato genial por parte del personal, agua y cerveza diario de cortesía, lo más débil su desayuno pero tampoco tan malo.

Buen hotel
Muy buen hotel, el personal de recepción nos resolvió todas las dudas que les preguntamos muy amablemente. La habitación está muy bien y el colchón es bastante cómodo. El desayuno es lo más flojo sin duda, pero es correcto. La ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos escasos andando de la estación central, que te comunica con todos los destinos turísticos de la región. Volvería a repetir.

Me ha sorprendido gratamente el trato recibido, el estado del hotel, su localización para moverse a pie, tren o metro. Calidad precio, excelente opción en Múnich. Sin dudas será mi 1ra opción cada vez que regrese.

El cuarto individual era amplio, completo y muy cómodo. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de la estación central. El staff muy atento. Volveria sin dudas.

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station! The hotel is very clean, the staff were all polite and helpful! Room cleaning is late, but we just needed clean towels. The room was perfect, nice beds, nice bathroom, everything worked! Could use more outlets near the beds. The breakfast was great, we had it both mornings we were there. There are not many restaurants close by, but the Marienplatz area is a short walk or ride, and many stores and restaurants are there. hotel gets a 5/5 rating from me.

Nettes Hotel, etwas „veraltet“ in der Ausstattung. Das Kontaktieren via whatsapp sollte vorher abgefragt werden und nicht einfach umgesetzt, nicht alle wollen das. Check-In mit Automaten möglich; scheint unnötig, da die Rezeption auch besetzt war. Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück, war außerordentlich freundlich. Minibar inklusive sowie Wasser, Tee und Kaffee in der Lobby. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Overall good stay! Pros: 5min to main train station, friendly staff, option to get a voucher if don't need cleaning, provided complimentary tea and coffee plus a free bottle of water in the room, luggage storage. Everything was clean and orderly. Cons: The surrounding area isn't the nicest, luggage storage is unlocked and only self-serviced, the bathroom is very tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly and would recommend staying here.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and highly recommend it. I was delayed travelling through Dubai, staff were promptly replying to my messages. Rooms are clean, staff always friendly and happy to assist
