Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, in Ortsrandlage von Mulazzo etwas oberhalb der dazugehörigen Mühle des Vermieters.Gut zu erreichen über einen kurzen Privatweg. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. EinSchauspiel wenn man Morgens erwacht und vom Bett aus das Erwachen der Natur erleben kann. "Wir hatten drei wunderschöne Spätsommertage in „La Fontana“, dabei hatten wir das ganze Anwesen für uns alleine. Grandiose Aussicht und das Hamam zum entspannen. Sonst ist auch alles da, was man so braucht. Einkaufen kann man in Varese Liguria, was sonst auch recht sehenswert ist. Die Anreise war etwas abenteuerlich, haben es aber dann doch gut nach oben geschafft."
