"The house and garden are beautiful and cozy. The view from the den and upstairs bedrooms is absolutely breathtaking. "Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"This property is located approx 5km from the beautiful town of Arezzo. There is a bus every hour, daily, from Tregozanno, where the property is actually located, to Arezzo. It is very rustic and in a beautiful setting. So relaxing. And, because it’s not right in town, the best of both worlds. "Absolutely superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had two delicious meals cooked by Linda and we left with her homemade limoncello and olive oil. Peaceful, beautiful grounds with wonderful walks straight from the house. Tennis club 5 min drive away, and a local train station that whisked us off to Florence for the day. Don't miss Snoopy's gelato in the local town. This holiday was a 5* experience."

"Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. Great help, support and overall customer experience with the agency+owner."

"Es ist ein schönes Haus mit einer schönen Aufteilung der Räume und großen Schlafzimmern. Es besteht aus zwei etwa gleichgroßen Wohnungen mit separaten Eingängen. Unsere Tochter konnte die wichtigsten Räume mit ihrem schmalen Rollstuhl benutzen. Die untere Wohnung war im Mai sehr kühl und konnte leider nicht beheizt werden.
