El señor Jorge Luis de Cuba en el restaurant tuvo un trato excelente, es muy profesional, atento, conoce muy bien su trabajo porque se desenvuelve muy bien. Mi criterio, tiene un gran futuro en su trabajo. En general, el hotel es excelente y será mi hotel a partir de ahora cada vez que haga una escala en Miami.

El personal super amable , en todo momento, las personas de limpieza muy amables y siempre ofrecieron el servicio de mantener el cuarto ordenado , lo unico malo es q en el cuarto había cucarachas vimos dos durante nuestra estancia. Pero lo demas bien

El Hotel muy viejo. Las alfombras sucias y ya viejas. El shuttle nos dejo en el aeropuerto, no se detuvo y tuvimos que esperar otros 20 minutos.
