"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in Nähe eines kleinen Bergdorfes mit wenigen, aber sehr netten Einwohnern. Vom Haus aus hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Gardasee. Das ruhig gelegene Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Eigentümerin hat sehr schnell auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Man sollte den Hinweis der Eigentümerin auf den steilen Weg zum Haus beachten. Insgesamt 5 Sterne von 5."

"What a wonderful stay. The house was spotlessly clean. Very comfortable and spacious, too. The pool was delightful. The rental agents, Samanta and Sara, were very prompt in answering questions, and taking care of a couple of tiny details. The view is spectacular."

"Unser Aufenthalt war einfach fantastisch. Alles war perfekt - von der Sauberkeit bis zur Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst hilfsbereit und nett, sie haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unterstützt. Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist ebenfalls optimal, zum Einkaufen aber auch um in die Stadt zu kommen. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen!"

"Overall this is a fabulous property with an idilic location and plenty of space for a large group of people. The garden/ pool space is lovely directly overlooking the lake. Parts of the house could do with some tlc particularly the kitchen. Keeping the house secure was quite difficult with so many external doors and locking mechanisms. Keeping up with the different rubbish collections was hard and could really do with some proper big bins to store various types of rubbish till bin day. We used...

"Renate was a fabulous host. She was very warm and accommodating, even helping us with recommendations on the fly! The villa is exactly as pictured, and it did not disappoint. The views are breathtaking, and showed us a whole different side of Italy. The kids loved the heated pool overlooking the lake! We hope to make it back here one day, and I know where we will stay!"

"The villa is as described, lovely place with excellent views over Lake Garden, impressed with the area / path to the village, which is 5 minutes walk away. Additional free parking at the boat yard was excellent. Only negative feedback was the threadbare sofa in the living area, could do with a recover, that said everything else was absolutely fine."

"We came with our large family to relax. Just water, sun and relax. The house is really beautiful, especially because the property is quite large and you have everything to yourself. The house is beautifully decorated. Everything is clean. I read that it wasn't suitable for small children, but I felt very comfortable there with my 20-month-old son, who could just walk. "This is a rather unusual villa on 3 levels with a wonderful swimming pool in a good loocation in the upper reaches of Verona-felt rural but was by the city-lovely sitting rooms and one super bedroom with ensuite-but other bedrooms not so good-better kitchen was downstairs so a treck to the terrace with food for 14 people. The cactus by the front door was a liability with children between 4 and 12."

"Villa was centrally located in the Veneto region, which was ideal for visiting our relatives. The property manager was very responsive and friendly - even helped us set up a large catered family gathering on the premises. The only thing we didn't realize is that it is not a stand alone villa - the property manager and her family live on the premises. Although they were quiet and respectful, we could sometimes hear their daily activities."

"Malcesine hat uns gut gefallen. Die Wohnung war top. Stefania Barzoi ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Leider wurde auf der Sonnenterrasse geangelt, sodass wir diese nur eingeschränkt nutzen konnten. Der Zugang zum See war meistens blockiert und die Sonnenliegen morgens früh mit Handtüchern reserviert. Wir möchten gerne nochmal wiederkommen. Wir würden dann aber die Wohnung in der dritten Etage mit eigener Terrasse bevorzugen."

"Wunderbare Aussicht. Toller Platz. Der Hausmeister Hussein hilft und unterstützt. Eine echte Perle. Auch der Vermieter ist bei evtl. Problemen ansprechbar und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Wohnung ist gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Optimierungstipp: Das quietischige Bettgestell ersetzen."

"Das Appartment war in Fussnähe zum Strand und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Insbesondere die Außenjalousien und die Waschmaschine waren sehr komfortabel und auch die prima Fahrräder haben wir sehr gerne genutzt.
