TERRIBLE
La peor experiencia, todo totalmente desorganizado, nos quitaron una d las dos habitaciones que habiamos reservado, y eso por decir lo menos, JAMAS volveremos y mucho menos recomendarlo

Cuando le hagan una reparacion capital, volvere.
Es una lastima el abandono del hotel y de la habitacion porque tiene una vez reparado potential para ser un excelente Hotel , en este momento pesimo, el olor a humedad que habia en la habitacion fue tal que dure una sola noche, el jacuzzi no funcionaba y la Limpieza a considerar , la atencion Del front desk fue atenta .

The staff was very helpful, but the room was very dingy. The appliances were vibrating and making noise and a lot of the stuff was falling apart like cabinet drawers, and door locks going out to the balcony

The property is old & in need of a drastic overhaul. The bathroom was dangerous for elderly tenants as a person has to balance & climb into the bathtub/shower. As the shower has no curtain, water accumulates on the floor which becomes dangerous. The pillows on the bed reeked. There were no USB outlets.

A bit dated but good value for the money. Don’t have all the facilities to be called a resort but has the basics- bar, restaurant and some entertainment. Good music from the bar by the pool. The staff are excellent.

The property is older and it's in need of a face-lift. The rooms, although kept clean are so outdate that the toilets have water stains, the grout in tiles in bathroom are dirty and property condition can truly use some updates. The staff was very polite, accommodating and rooms were always clean. Dining options were limited and the food was mediocre.

we've been to sapphire beach for many years and it has definitely gone down hill. The water pressure in our room went out at least 4 times and had to wait quite awhile. The front desk didn't give and direction or any help at all. If you wanted a cup of coffee you had to pay $1.50. only one choice for dinner each nite. It was a very unsatisfactory stay and we will NOT stay there again!!

Great location and ocean view. Well kept and staff and service was excellent. Unfortunately the freezer and the bathroom exhaust was not working, and could not be fixed.

Large rooms and bathroom. Great water pressure and beautiful views of the ocean and the lagoon. For the price this property is an excellent choice for groups of four.

I think this property was really nice at one time. It needs some Quality Control for maintenance and cleaning now. The beach is very small with strong waves. Neighboring properties look bad, and the Sapphire seems to be in some kind of ownership transition. Staff was very nice & helpful. They obtained taxies and recommended watching the crazy people (getting blow off the beach by airplanes) at the Driftwood Bar -- a far better place than the crowded Sunset Beach Bar.

Location is good close to beaches and restaurants. Better cooking utensils is required and property conditions in the units are dated and could use some upgrades. Pool area is nice and a good location to meat other residents.

Overall, the location was great for my wife and I. Very quiet and lowkey, however that came at a price as the facility itself is in need of some TLC. Very outdated property with so much potential. We did not spend much time in the resort, but we encountered several issues. Our safe needed to be replaced, our air conditioner was not very cool considering how hot it was there, and lastly we had a very loud refrigerator. The parking was also a bit difficult as it was first come, first serve, with limited space. While I mentioned some things that would deter someone from staying, I implore you to not allow that to be the case because the location is great and the staff was pleasant.

Lovely at the Saffire
Always a perfect welcome, a lovely room looking at the ocean, and perfect to think, pray, do some writing and enjoy the beaches. Now with needing a cane, I still felt that everything was fine, easily accessible.

The hotel was away from all the activities Hot tub on balcony was out of service Frig stopped working Toilet did not flush completely and continue to run Restaurant had good food , but needed additional staff
