"We loved our balcony view over Canal St. We had two towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper which we adequately to our 2 day stay! The room was very nice and loved that there was a kitchen. We will definitely be staying here again."

"Overall our unit was really nice, but there are a few areas that need improvement: -the pool was not clean -carelessly repaired (non working lights and a fixture falling down) -front entrance door really loud/can hear it slamming -other units partying -check in was not as simple as I would have liked"

"We came in to town for a wedding. The place was extremely clean and the quality of the space was better than the listing pictures. It was near a good variety of restaurants and things to do. The only down side was that downtown Lafayette can be loud at night. If you plan on going to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If you enjoy being close to night life, this is the perfect stay for you!"

Definitely could hear the loud music at night, but that’s totally worth it for the location and the well kept place! Very happy with everything about our stay."

"We rented this place to visit our daughter who attends Tulane. The location (1 block from Fretet) is perfect! You can walk to great restaurants and stores and it was a 10 minute walk to campus. "My now husband and I stayed here ahead of our wedding at Felicity Church. The pictures don’t do justice for how beautiful this place is! Beautiful furnishings, high ceilings, and a balcony to really set the tone that you’re in a historical place! New Orleans is our favorite city and we go easily twice a year and this was without a doubt our favorite stay. Location is so wildly convenient for magazine and St. Charles! We felt like royalty staying here and having a glass of wine on the balcony...
