"My husband and I and our 2 daughters and their families met our friends from Canada in Pedregal to stay in this amazing villa! The living spaces were large and open, the bedrooms were huge and all en suite, and the pool and 2 hot tubs saw hours of fun! The villa was clean and well appointed. It was walking distance to Cabo and all the shops and restaurants and to the marina. It was a perfect place to relax and reconnect with our loved ones!"

"The overall property and location were excellent and as advertised. However, being next to one of the main public beaches made for many loud and late nights. Not many food spots within walking distance except a breakfast dinner across the street which was really convenient and food/staff were great."

"We had a great time at the Villa. The property was clean and well maintained. The staff was amazing and super responsive. My only issue with the house was the location in relation to the beach. I have been to Cabo many times and was familiar with the area. The pictures made it seem that a private beach was easily accessible by all. We found out that was not true. We weren't allowed to use the Waldorf beach and the other beach was a 15 minute walk away that was all up hill and uneven, my parents...

"Palmilla was absolutely stunning. This home and the views were everything we hope for when booking. My husband and I, along with my parents (72) and our kids (16, 13, 10) had 5 fabulous days at this beautiful home. The location was perfect. "This was easy and so perfect for our large families. Lots of room with lots of space. Lots to do. Plenty of privacy. Bocce ball, pool, large outdoor patio area. I would not hesitate to rent this again if we return to the area. It was so much better than the photos. A car is necessary for this location but very worth it. Really, we were absolutely delighted with this place. Thank you, Oscar!!!"

I wanted to use my points later this year and decided to stay here (again thru VRBO). We have found the condo owners take pride in property and this one is well maintained and a delight to stay in."
