No me gustó que no limpiaron el cuarto ni tendieron las camas el primer día. Llame y me dijeron que no tenían a nadie que pudiera hacerlo pues era de noche cuando regrese al hotel y vi que no habían limpiado. Me extraño pues en otros Ritz limpian 2 veces el cuarto y cuando llamas para asistencia siempre hay alguien. Después olía a quemado bajamos a reportar a las 5 am y las personas en recepcion nos dijeron que ya habían reportado a seguridad y que el problema era fuera del hotel. Antes de subir pudimos notar que se burlaban de nosotros.

La peor experiencia en Ritz Carlton Los Angeles
Mi esposa y yo decidimos hacer nuestro viaje de aniversario a Los Angeles y quisimos probar este hotel (siempre llegamos al SLS). La reservación la hice a través de Hotels.com para 4 noches habitación cama king. Al llegar al hotel, nos informaron que la habitación que nos darían sería con dos camas individuales. Al cuestionar al manager sobre este error me aseguró que eran errores comúnes y que no tenían forma de darnos una habitación con cama king. Su actitud siempre fue ruda y grosera y en ningún momento intentó ayudarnos o compensar su error. Simplemente no le importó. En un hotel de 500 dólares la noche, esta sitiación es inadmisible. Jamás volveremos a intentar ir al Ritz Carlton Los Angeles. El hotel con el peor servicio al cliente en el area de Los Angeles.

¡Maravilloso! A pesar de que no hablo el inglés todo el personal (desde los bellboys, la recepción, etc) se esmeró para atenderme perfectamente. Felicidades por la calidad de su servicio y me gustaría que me indicaran que debo hacer para convertirme en cliente distinguido. En años anteriores me hospedé en su hotel de Nueva Orleans y la experiencia tambien fue más que satisfactoria.

The property is nice. I was not very impressed with the room at $1100 per night. I expected alot nicer. I would not stay there again. The property worth $500-$600 max per night since the hotel does not offer much as far as dinning and things to do.

An excellent property for staying when doing business at the area. Personnel is wonderful, mrs garcia at the concierge was amazing the steak restaurant at the roof top was wonderful

The fantastic and relaxing stay
I had a fabulous stay, valat parking was fast and offered water, check in we got champagne and upgraded to a jr suite from a regular room. Free breakfast and added a 100.00 credit for lunch. Also they accommodated my daughters stay as well. the bellmen took us straight up to our room. Room service has good food, service calls was excellent, we had 9 guest come up to our room it was spacious and comfortable. We had a superb time

Property is really nice. Valet parking can get a little backed up - especially at end of day when residents are dropping cars off and valet can't keep up with the volume. Area is OK - LA Live has limited retail and restaurants. Downtown - homeless population is growing

I paid more than other hotels to relax here, but I couldn't sleep because the fire alarm went off after 1 a.m. Also, I was going to sleep before 11 o'clock check-out, but the fire alarm rang again around 7 a.m. and again around 9 a.m. I couldn't sleep at the place where I went to rest and got stressed out. I will complain to the hotel.

Unfortunately, as Ritz Carltons are concerned, this property doesn't really cut the mustard. It felt like a big Holiday Inn Express, on the Las Vegas strip. Staff was nice tho.

Most disappointing ritz Carlton ever! Paid wifi, no bellmen, bad service and just staff doing the bare minimum. This hotel is a 4 star at best. Would not recommend!
