Lo que no me gusto fue qué hay mucha gente loca y hacen mucho ruido y solo me quede 7 horas porque no pude dormir y no te regresan nada de dinero se quedan con el costo de un día entero :( muy inseguro

This is the worst motel ive ever stayed at. Floors are dirty, beds are worse. Management and customer service is terrible. I booked a room on expedia and when i got there i was charged more money and $50 deposit because i got a non smoking room. The receptionist (owner) was super rude towards smoking, he said i couldnt smoke outside either so i ask him what do you mean? I need to come out to the street and smoke? His answer was NO you cant smoke outside, we have cameras and if i see you smoking i wont return your $50. I do smoke but never inside a building and this guy just made me feel like crap. I dont think my appearance is criminal like so theres no reason for his rude service towards us. Since it was me and 3 older lady friends.

Sucio y con cargos extras obligatorios
Las sábanas estaban sucias y en la recepción me pidieron dejar un deposito de 25dlls, pedí un recibo y el hombre q me atendió me dijo q al salir me entregaría, deposito y recibo, al siguiente día q salí el no estaba y su compañera me dijo q ella no podía hacer nada, pero q si esperaba dos hrs el regresaba lamentable, además lejos y sucio.

Thieves that have roaches everywhere
This place is horrible demands a deposit if you don't want to give a deposit they refuse to cancel your booking so you can have a refund to basically you have no choice but to stay in a roach infested hotel that demands a deposit of cash and you aren't allowed to have more than 2 people let alone any company at all and the rooms look so nasty that I refuse to stay in this hotel disgusting I tell you better off going somewhere else trust

The room was semi outdated. The tv did not work, the phone did not work, so you physically had to walk to office for assistance. It took over an hour for maintenance to come and see fix it, and there very next day it stopped working again. the hot water stopped working and was unable to shower.

It did smell like bleach when i entered the room, which gave the appearance of cleanliness. However, the shower smelled of mold and had public hair in it. The shower curtain was moldy.

This place is really a diamond in the rough. It’s an older place and it’s nothing fancy, but it was very clean and convenient. The area around it has a lot to offer and the view of the mountain is beautiful. I truly had a couple of nightmares stays before finding this place. again… This is not a fancy place, and there are little to no amenities, but it’s clean and safe and the property owners are pretty strict, which I appreciate given what I have dealt with in this area recently as an Alabama transfer.

Put some effort in and don't make excuses.
Heat/air not working, hanging cable box, had to prop it up to use it, electrical outlet over sink broken plus light over sink, bed super creaky. Not the cleanest room either.

Check it out, or don't, owners need to stop gouging
At first the young man was friendly and the office smelled really bad. Then 2 days into the stay I got a creepy vibe, and only knowing "convienient" english. Then, when accidently locking my service dog in room w/key an old woman tried to charge me for a lost key to get in the room for oringinal, declined! Water heat/pressure sucked, blamed on weather?! Silver fish in tub plus stray unidentified bugs. Plus side, quiet, usually, and mini fridge/microwave a plus and quite roomy inside for extended stay, kids or service animal. Bring extra towels though and warm things because the floor is freezing!

Not the deal I was looking for.
The floors in the room were filthy, gang related graffiti on the back of the door and inside the dresser drawers, no coffee pot, low water pressure in the shower, holes in the comforters. The plastic covering on the mattress crinkles every time you moved, and without a fitted bottom sheet any amount of repositioning yourself while sleeping managed to free all the sheets. The wi-fi worked fine, the free parking was good, the refrigerator and microwave worked.
