Instalaciones deficientes
El personal del hotel es muy atento y cordial con los huéspedes siempre dispuestos a ayudar lamentablemente las instalaciones no están al nivel del precio, sus tarifas son altas para lo que ofrecen: colchón incómodo, muy duro no es colchón con memoria según ofrecen, el refrigerador lo tienen lleno de los productos que tienen para la venta y no dejan espacio para uso del huésped, no tienen cafetera en la habitación y si el huésped quiere café, se lo venden. Cobran Resort fee y ofrecen gimnasio el cual es muy deficiente no tienen caminadora y solamente tienen una elíptica muy deficiente, Quieren justificar el cobro del resort fee ofreciendo clases de Yoga a las 9 de la mañana, el cual a esa hora casi nadie asiste porque las gentes se desvelan. Tienen un solo elevador el cual es insuficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes del hotel.

Resort fees are standard in West Hollywood and ours also includes high speed wifi access, daily bottled water upon request and curated activities on our rooftop.

Tiene un ambiente muy relajado la atención es de primera y la ubicación está perfecta. Al hacer la reservación nunca mencionaron que tenia que pagar el estacionamiento

Un hotel diferente. La atención fue muy buena y la amabilidad del personal increíble. No es un hotel moderno pero es agradable.

Nice place, like a very adult Disney hotel, highly themed and carefully curated, reminded me of the hollywood tower of terror ... in a good way. Room was nice, bed was comfortable, shower was 10/10. In room breakfast was very good but the plates were not hot which meant it got cold pretty quick. We had just arrived from the UK so were quite jet lagged and waking up early. There was generally people still partying from the night before so the pool deck was not the cleanest when we used it *around 6am. I did see someone come out to clean up just as i headed back to my room about 6 30ish. In room Keurig but no milk was a bit annoying. It was nice, i think if i hadn't heen so jet lagged i would have enjoyed it more.

The weekend staff was terrific, Monday's front desk clerk needs to be less condescending and more helpful. The rooms are definitely cute, but the lighting is inadequate given the floor elevations and floor covering transitions. The bed was far from comfortable. Also, be advised that there is a $43 AMUSEMENT FARE added to every bill that supposedly is a hidden Los Angeles City Tax that is on top of the already steep $57 we were charged for Taxes & Fees and yet another line of $49.75 RESORT FEE (Can You Say RIPOFF). Won't be going back here anymore as there are some beautiful properties nearby that have a higher room rate, but lower overall cost...

Delightful stay as always. From the cookies at checkin to the delightful whimsy in each room, the perfect retreat. The 24 hour pool? Amazing. And the food is fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Superb staff, hotel is within walking distance from restaurants and shops and a short driving distance from many interesting points. Great hotel but definitely not for families with children. Expedia needs to update its listing Asap where it says children are welcome because children are not allowed in the pool after 12pm so makes it difficult for a family to enjoy the property grounds. Booked through expedia and expedia did not help me with this situation but hotel staff did.

The property is beautiful and quite unique. I was very excited when I walked up. My issue is when I got my final bill after check out. There was a $35 resort fee. When I asked what that was for I was told it was for the cookies and champagne offered at check in? They in fact were nOt offered or available or anywhere to be seen. It was also for the yoga, pool and some private guest thing . I was never told about yoga nor was there any information in the room to tell me of these things. I don't know, if you're going to charge someone something and not actually follow through or inform them of it, I think...well, I think I'll just go elsewhere. Unfortunate, as I travel to L.A. monthly and thought this my be my new place.

Very pushy on checking in got email, text to do precheck in -and got there at 4:30 and my room was not ready, made reservations for pool bed and they got all wrong even though I received 2 calls from a lady confirming and confirming I was coming in which I have told already and more on check out called, texts, emails, knock on the door since 8:30 am not even 10:30 am when check out is at 11 am. Super annoying!
