Súper mala experiencia en este hotel, las instalaciones se encuentran muy descuidadas, TODO el hotel apesta a cigarro. La mayoría del personal no es amable, y no hablan español y no se esfuerzan por hacerlo. El personal de limpieza que nos tocó los pocos días que fueron súper grosero y con mala cara. Únicamente hicieron el servicio de limpieza 1 DÍA!! De las 4 noches que estuve, llamé para notificarles que no habían realizado el servicio y me contestaron que yo tenía que llamar para noticiar que me lo hicieran y que supuestamente eso te lo comentan al realizar el check-in lo cual nunca me notificaron.

Excelente propiedad y comodidad, Muy mal que hagan cobro aparte de un SPA que no ocupas, es un abuso, debería ser opcional si quieres usarlo o no y cobraron una noche de más por estacionamiento aún cuando aclaré que fueron dos.

Ninguno de los días que estuve hospedada ahí limpiaron el cuarto ,cobran 56 dólares de cervicio al cuarto por día y cobran 20 dólares al día por estacionarte donde por ley devén de darte un estacionamiento , y esos cobros te los hacen sin avisarte te rentan en Expidia un número y al registrarte te dan otros cobros es una mala experiencia jamás rentaré ahí de nuevo .

reservé en el hotel paris y me mandaron a una porquería al lado llamado horseshoe con el pretexto de que están haciendo reformas, es lamentable que te engañen para hacer uso de la piscina del paris tenía que caminar 19 minutos en traje de baño y mojado, nunca volveré al “paris”
