I apologize that the pillows and bed were not as comfortable for you, we are working on updating and renovating our property soon to ensure proper comfortability! As for the pool, I apologize it wasn't available during your stay, we've been a bit delayed in reopening it because the City of Health has been rescheduling our appointment dates. Hello Mark!Thank you for taking the time to rate and review our property. We apologize for the inconvenience of the pool being closed. We do repairs on the spa facility during the winter, since there isn't much demand for the pool, but because of the rain we haven't been able to get the city to go through a health and safety inspection of the facilities. We have no problem issuing a refund on our end, but since you booked your reservation through expedia and paid through the third party they would be the ones to refund your card.Thank you so much and have a great day!
