Nos encantó y sí volveremos
Nos encantó el hotel, súper cómodo, limpio, a pesar de tener alfombre no huele mal! Baños súper limpios, tiene como calentar comida y su mini refri y un lava trastes y cafetera, hay lavadoras y secadoras en el sótano que también tienen un área bonita de lavandería, me encantó que hay happy hour gratis, todos los días es diferente, es sencilla pero suficiente y vinito también! Solo en Europa había visto esto, desayuno incluido y hacen huevos frescos en el momento, los cuartos son grandes no se sienten apretados, camas ricas y muy limpias, el personal muy educado y súper amable, el área muy bonita y segura, tiene piscina aunque no la usamos, parqueo gratis! Todos lo cobran, así que tiene mucho positivo, no es moderno pero sí está bien, tiene cargadores para carro eléctrico, lo súper recomiendo y si volvería, gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan placentera😍fuimos con mi esposo e hija.

It was a lot of noise, I don’t know if it was construction on the floor above us but it sounded like if someone was running all over the place and also you can hear the sound of the water running through the pipes. It was kind of hard to rest.

I enjoyed my time there. Will stay again. The beds were cozy comfortable. Those who worked there were courteous & helpful. Jacquizzi I enjoyed with towels by the pool. Breakfast could be cooked on the grill. Many choices.

Beautiful property close to UC Irvine, The Spectrum for shopping and good eats, and Dana Point-beautiful beach town and more. Ayres is tucked away in a quiet wooded retirement area of Laguna Woods. Our double queen-bed room is spacious, compared to ones at other hotel chain. It also has a pleasant potpourri scent upon entry. Wood floor and furnishing felt homey as if we were staying at friend’s home. Overall, Ayres at Laguna Woods exceeded my expectations for the price per night. Look forward to trying the complementary breakfast in the morning. Will definitely return when we’re back in Irvine.

The room had a strange odor upon entering the room. We were on the third floor right in front of the maintenance room so it was loud at times. In the middle of the night we could hear yelling and a lot of people running. It woke my whole family up. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The pictures online showed pancakes which there were not. There was some event going on so it was packed with people. Overall I was underwhelmed by our stay. The beds were hard and the fridge did not keep my leftover dinner cold so I had to throw it out. I would go somewhere else next time. I had high hopes for this hotel chain but I did not feel that it lived up to the online reviews.

stayed 2 nights for my bday weekend with the hubby and lemme tell you when i say the overall experience was ✨impeccable✨. all the staff members were such professional and genuine people. the guests staying there were also sweethearts! peaceful sleeping with NO excessive noise or bs. this hotel is MOST DEF your money’s worth. definitely coming back here next time i come South Side.

While everything about this hotel was 5 star, the really amazing aspect was the great happy hour and breakfast provided. Pizza and beverages in the evening, breakfast buffet and custom made omelets and eggs in the morning! It doesn't get any better!!

This was our favorite hotel stay ever! The property felt more like a resort than a hotel. It has retained its elegance and doesn't have the sterile feel that many newer hotels have. The courtyard was welcoming, with its fireplace, spa, and pool (all accessible). The bed was comfortable. We heard no sounds from traffic, which is so rare in southern California! The location is close to Laguna Beach and many hiking trails. The breakfast was ample and fresh, and the two chefs who cooked eggs to order were kind and quick. Outstanding property!

Extremely clean room, complementary happy hour and a wonderful breakfast all contribute to this 5-star rating. This was the most comfortable hotel stay in a very long time. Everything was perfect! I will definitely be choosing Ayres Hotel for my future travels.

The property was beautiful. Well kept very clean. Staff was wonderful. The only downside was, I don’t do elevator, so I have to take the stairs and go outside of the door to go up the stairs was fell a little unsafe at night time other than that everything was wonderful and breakfast Was delicious

It ead a pleasure staying at the Ayres Hotel..room was large and well appointed and clean. Staff were courteous and helpful..breakfast choices were numerous and o had a beautiful courtyard room right near the pool and an outdoor fireplace -cozy!!
