Deja bastante que desear..
La limpieza y el estado de muebles y demás enseres dejaba mucho que desear, el primer día Un desayuno sin el mínimo imprescindible, el agua de la ducha fría ambos días, el sofá cama supletorio con las sábanas algo sucias y el somier hundido , el precio no era acorde en absoluto por lo recibido

La recepción es una grosera y nos atendió muy mal
La atención de la chica del lobby fue muyyyy mala muy grosera y despectiva,, odiosa no da ninguna referencia es cerrada con la información y nos faltó el respeto cuando le dijimos por es así nos respondió bienvenidos a key west de resto las otras personas fueron amables la chica del desayuno es muy buena muy amable pero por la de lobby no voy más nunca…..

Lo unicò que no me gustò son las habitaciones en alto demaciado inclinadas y sin elevador. Terrible! Lo demàs estuvo bien, todo centrico y el personal amable sobretodo Mari la chica del Frondesk.

Excellent hotel, very clean, really good breakfast and wine snack bar in the afternoons with good quality food, excellent size of room,, EXCELLENT ATTENTION FROM THE STAFF, I LOVE THIS HOTEL AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT !!!!

Este hotel no tiene servicio de noche , ni manager presente , el hotel es vetusto, se rompió la puerta de una de las habitaciones que alquile , nunca pudimos volver a entrar en la habitación, nadie para abrir la puerta , un horror Dormí en el coche y por la mañana recupere mis maletas , nunca volveré y que nadie vaya pierde su tiempo

Won't rush to get back there. Property is decent, staff was nice. Needs bigger air conditioners, room was cool enough but always damp

All staff were very pleasant, attentive and professional. Enjoyed the happy hour and the continental breakfast was good Housekeeping did the best they could with keeping everything clean. I liked the period feel of the old house but the rooms were very tired but room needs major renovations. bathroom felt like it wasn’t updated since the house was built

We are 2 adults, needing a king room. The room did indeed have a king bed, but the room should have only had a double or twin! There was no room for our bags. We had to put them on the floor. No bureaus, so we had to live out of the bags for 3 days, almost tripping over them several times over. We had to shimmy sideways to get past the bed to the bathroom. The room also needs a facelift, with chipped paint on walls. The bathroom had zero counter space. The grounds were nice. Pools clean. But The whole room experience was miserable and frustrating.

Great place and staff. Great spot with a scooter or bicycle to get around. Very nice pool area to relax and chill. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the room. It was very large! The bed was sooo comfortable! The bathroom could have been a little cleaner but the shower was huge and we loved the dual shower heads! The inn was so incredibly quiet as there are no children... it was very serene and relaxing. My only suggestion is to please offer flavored coffee creamers in the morning... that just would be a nice touch.

Manager never called me regarding the situation where a giant golf ball sized roach fell on me as I was asleep, I woke up screaming and crying and slapped it off my cheek so hard it my cheek swelled up during my vacation. I sanitize my room immediately upon checking in, there was dirt and pubic hair when I wiped the bathroom and shower floor. It is not fair to pay a cleaning fee when the room has roaches and is not cleaned by staff. Save yourself the lack of professionalism and cleanliness by booking a different hotel.
