No me gustó que la habitacion no es como la describe Expedia. Me cobraron por una habitacion con vista al mar King Ocean View y la mia no tenia ni balcón. Y solo pagas por la habitacion, porque a la salida te lo cobran todo, casi el doble de lo que te dice Expedia, Piscina, Parqueo, etc, hasta servicios que tu ni sabes cuales son. Me cobraron $314.00 a la salida y yo ni consumí nada en el Hotel ni en la habitacion nunca. Realmente decepcionante

Cobraron casi $200 entre Fitz y parqueos que no estaban supuestos a cobrar no me gustó para nada no me dieron una habitación frente al mar como pedí no volvería y no lo recomendaría todo feo

Mucho dinero para lo que ofrecen. Nada que ver con las fotos de internet. No tiene acceso a la playa debido a algas marinas, mal olor en la playa. Housekeeping no limpian bien las habitaciones. Cobran por el estacionamiento. El personal de recepción trabaja con desgano y mala actitud. No tiene personal calificado. La verdad Key West esta nice para ir se vacaciones pero este Hotel cobra demasiado para lo que es. Para nada parecido a las fotos de internet. 👎

El hotel es muy bonito y tiene muy buenas instalaciones. En particular nos gustó mucho el área de la alberca y pinnaple bar. Algo que deben cambiar es el aire acondicionado de las habitaciones, ya que es muy ruidoso y molesto al dormir. Otro aspecto que deben mejorar es la limpieza y el servicio en el restaurante. Finalmente, nos resultó muy incomodo que hubieran gallos y gallinas por todo el hotel, en especial en la zona de alberca y en el restaurante

La limpieza del hotel es excelente, la comida del restaurante bastante buena, la playa y la vista es espectacular. La verdad es una muy buena opción para Key West!!!

El hotel esta limpio y bien ubicado pero terrible el servicio de la recepción , nos demoramos mas de 1 hora para hacer checkout , perdimos una camisa que dejamos en el hotel y nunca aparecio.

We booked a ocean view, balcony room for our wedding stay, however the ocean view was obstructed by construction cranes, and materials. The staff did not offer us a different room although there were many vacant ones with good views. Thanks for making our wedding not a memorable as it should have been.

Paid for beachfront view room but on the first morning at 0600 a huge noisy crane arrived on the beach which was closed. Construction was very noisy and started at 6 every morning. We were not advised of this prior to booking.

There was heavy construction directly in our ocean view, that we paid for. It was needed for the damage done in years past, but there should be a warning when booking the room. Many of the staff were helpful and friendly, but some were rude.

We were very impressed by Damian, the chef at the Southernmost Cafe. He took our freshly caught catch from a fishing trip and prepared an amazing dinner for us by perfectly cooking our fish! Wonderful attention to detail and made for a memorable dining experience! Kudos to the chef!

Beautiful resort. The beach was incredible and the beachside pool was amazing. We were close to everything downtown has to offer, felt very safe, and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. After touring around the area - this definitely stood out as having been the perfect spot to stay!

Perfect location. Spacious room with beautiful views. Lots of activities but we didn’t participate, too busy doing our own thing. Great beach area. Super nice staff. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend

Service is poor. The beach chairs are all broken and really uncomfortable. The front desk people are rude and not accommodating. The room has no view and not worth the money.
