The worst 5 star hotel I have ever been! It would be a bad four star hotel but it is a ripp off as a fve star hotel. Unfriendly staff, but the worst is the dirt and condition of the rooms, stair cases and walkways. I took plenty of pictures, unfortunatly I can not add them to this post. Rusty elevators, rusty trash bins and disgusting ice machines. Dirt everywhere, we even saw a toilet brush on the walk way towards the breakfast, next to the pool.

La playa muy bien comparado con las playas principales en Key West. Muy buen equipo de playa. UN ASCENSOR DANADO COMPLETAMENTE Y EL OTRO NO LLEGABA AL 4TO PISO DONDE ESTABAMOS, HABIA QUE SUBIR GRADAS EN UN AMBIENTE SIN AIRE ACONDICIONADO. LA HABITACION CON MAL OLOR.

Es realmente horrible, demasiado sucio,huele mucho a cigarro, amo los perros 🐕 pero huele bastante a perro ,me cambiaron de habitación a otra peor, realmente tuve que salir corriendo alas 2 de la madrugada a otro hotel que me buscaron. Si realmente quieren darle un disgustó a tu familia este es el mejor lugar.

Very bad service, low maintenance, bedroom do not loock like they show in the webpage photos, we have to wait an hour to get the room,great spot but too expensive for the kind of service you get, too many rocks at the mini private beach!

We are disappointed to learn that you you did not seem to enjoy your visit we regret that it does not seem to have been communicated that although Key West is built on limestone and the beaches are "rocky" Casa Marina, home to the largest private beach in Key West offers two soft natural sand entry points in addition to the access you have at our sister resort, which is home to the only private natural sand beach in Key West.

Me encanto este hotel! La limpieza es perfecta! El desayuno amazing! La habitacion que elegi fue con vista al mar, lo cual fue espectacular! La playa de Cas Marina no me encanto por eso esta la opcion de ir al The Reach la cual fue muy linda! El servicio de este hotel me gusto tambien!

Es el mejor lugar de la isla porque es el único hotel con playa. Las instalación son bastante viejas y dejan mucho que desear. Te sirven tragos en vasos de platico, no reciclan, y mantienen el aire acondicionado prendido con todo abierto todo el día. Los de la recepción trabajan muy bien. Los del restaurante y los de las valijas y parking no tanto.

Had read some negative reviews in past years about the state of the resort. The last time we stayed at The Casa was probably 7 years ago and loved it. Had been hesitant to book our babymoon stay here but SO glad we did. The property has made it a priority to make upgrades and the necessary facelift that everyone was hoping for. If you have any reservations about staying here, you shouldn’t! The Casa is back, and we will be back soon!

Room wasn’t ready at 330 and they said they’d text us…2 hours later we returned and said we never got a text or call. It was ready but no communication. Water was not available for a couple hours after check in and air conditioning was broken the entire overnight. Waited quite a while to speak with management. He said he would refund our first night/or give us our points. Room wasn’t exactly clean as someone else’s hair was in the bathroom corner. We were asked if we wanted daily room cleaning during our stay and we said yes, although the first day we had to ask for our room to be serviced and the next day we were gone and came home in the evening to in made bed and no fresh towels. Third day, we had to ask again. Towels were rough, mold on tile floor, shower gel ran out before our stay ended and we were only provided with one small face soap bar. Just not the in-room luxury you would expect at these prices. Very disappointing to say the least..especially as Hilton members

Vince, Ali, Pablo were so awesome when you first get to the facility. Then things start to unravel. The front desk is not very organized and not very good at communication. The room was small and was touted to be a suite. The floor was gritty was sand and ants all over the place. Bea and Micky at the lobby bar were fantastic. They said that they had service on the beach, but we never saw anybody come through any drink orders The beach bar which they said was going to be ready Thursday was not. in construction all over the place. It could be a wonderful place with the right adjustments

Did not feel five star. Beach service female was very slow and nonchalant. They will keep you waiting until 4pm for check in unless you keep asking. 10 people were roomed by asking. So I then asked and finally got a room. Lots of construction going on, broken elevators, sea weed on beach...they should close for about another month then reopen once done.

Construction is still going on so when you’re dining or sitting at the pool you are hearing all the construction noises. We stayed in the West wing which had not been updated yet; the elevator to the fourth floor rarely worked and the room itself needed updating. While the bathroom had been newly renovated, the cleanliness of it, especially the shower, left a lot to be desired. Twice the fire alarms went off which was jarring and definitely interfered with Island relaxation vibes; both times the alarms continue to go off and access five minutes. When we checked in, they were experiencing problems with their computer system and could not process our credit card for the room, so rather than telling us to just take care of it later, we stood there for about 25 minutes until I asked if we could go to our rooms and take care of it later. The resort itself has potential to be beautiful, the dining option was good but $24 for avocado toast is ridiculous. They charged us to upgrade the room and with all the inconveniences from the outdated and dingy room to the fire alarms I wish I had not paid over $300 to upgrade because it was not worth it.

Beautiful beach, delicious restaurant and cute bars with yummy drinks. Beach service was nice. Relaxing and beautiful. Nightly entertainment. Wish the rooms were a bit bigger and some attention to detail was considered a little more. But, would definitely stay here the next time we come to key west!

I like its historical background, style and large private beach. Two pools. It's location a bit south of downtown makes for a quiet neighborhood.... ... but also makes it a bit of a walk to downtown. But there are plenty of transportation options (bus, bike, scooter, golf cart, etc). My only real complaint is there weren't many trash cans in the room! Only one small one in the bath. Had to use alternative options to get rid of trash.
