Mi segunda vez en el Hotel. Pequeño y confortable. La playa es buena en esta zona de los Cayos que siempre suele ser rocosa. Mi única recomendación es que las suites Havana ( las que están al lado del restaurante ) cambien el sofá por un sofá cama y las camas que son dobles las cambien por algo más grande. En general todo me encanta

Todo bien pero cobraron extra parqueo por ir en carros diferentes estando vacío el resort y cerraron la piscina antes de horario el 4 de julio por terminar temprano sabiendo que uno está ahí de vacaciones y quiere disfrutar .

El hotel estaba bueno me gustó mucho la piscina está buena y bar también y la playa todo agradable. Pero lo que no me gustó fue que cuando llegamos a la habitación el piso estaba sucio y no hubo servicio de limpieza los días que estuve ahy. Pero todo lo demás estuvo bien. Difrute mucho. Me gustaría volver a ir.

Fueron unos inolvidables días, una muy buena atención y limpieza de la habitación,el hotel tiene todas las condiciones para hacer sentir felices a niños y adultos.Lo recomiendo.

Llegamos temorano y la habitación estaba lista hasta las 3 pm si queriamos entrar antes nos cobraban 30 dlls y me pareció muy mala imagen. Ya que fue el único hotel que actuó asi. En los otros hoteles que llegamos no hubo problema y nos dieron pronto la habitación. Tuvimos que traer nuestras maletas en el auto sin poder darnos un baño y cambio de ropa. No había secadora de pelo. La solicité y no hubo....el colchón muy viejo. Lo demás bien. Gracias. .

Excelente opción en Marathon.
Pasamos 7 dias en Glunz Ocean Beach Hotel, y nos sentimos "en casa". El personal fue muy amable y con la mejor disposición para ayudarnos y hacer nuestra estancia mas placentera. Cuentan con agradables detalles, como juegos de mesa, juguetes para la playa, lavadora/secadora, asador, hamacas.

EXCELENTE OPCION EN LOS CAYOS DE LA FLORIDA
Definitivamente recomiendo el Glunz Ocean, ya que se encuentra ubicado en un excelente lugar: el key colony beach, alli puedes comer, nadar, y realizar actividades de playa, sus instalaciones son muy comodas y muy bien cuidadas, , la atencion de su personal es excelente y esmerada, la playa aunque es pequeña esta muy bien, tiene piscina muy limpia, la habitacion tiene todo lo que nesesitas, en resumen el Glunz Ocean es la mejor opcion si desea visitar los cayos de la Florida.

The property is even nicer in person. I checked in before arriving which made it so much easier when we arrived. The lounge and pool area was kept up and very clean.

We love the Glunz Ocean Beach Hotel because it is a family owned resort that is family friendly and right on its own private beach. While we were there the water was clean and clear. The views were beautiful. There are two clean and well maintained pools as well as kayaks and bicycles for use of patrons. We also enjoyed the convenience of Havana Jacks restaurant and tiki bar right next door.

Each room has enough coffee to make 6 cups, we do not offer coffee in the lobby as each room has their own supply. The TVs that we supply in each room is either a 32 to 42 inch. The view and location on the beach was great, however the property is older, for a property that charged $500 per night, we expected more. I asked for bottled water and was told I would have to go down the road to a store to purchase, no snacks available, very basic toiletries and towels etc. Nothing wrong with that, if the price point was better.

Ricardo, Thank you for taking time to write a review. Yes, we are an older property like many locations throughout the keys. We do maintain our property. We do not offer water bottles as it does not fall in line with us being eco friendly, we do offer a refilling station with filtered water. We very competitive with other locations that are similar to ours down here in the keys. We do hope that you reconsider giving us another chance in the future.

A Middle Keys GEM!
From the minute we walked in the front door we felt like we were home. The welcome was warm and friendly, and very accomodating! While we were several hours early for check in, we waited at the Havana Jack's restaurant next door, and to our surprise the room was ready very quickly! The room was fresh smelling, spacious, clean, airy, and they offered refillable Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash in the roomy shower(no more plastic bottle waste). The fridge was big enough for our drinks and the ice bucket (anyone who's been to the Keys knows nothing stays cold)! The view of the Atlantic, the perfect little beach, and pool with comfy padded chairs made us so happy! We said we wanted to get in the hot tub, but never did as it was a bit cool and rainy.

I absolutely love this place! The staff was so friendly and helpful! It situated where you feel like theres a private beach at the back with tons of beach chairs..heated pool that looks so pretty at night..even a spa to relax! Alao there was live kareoke right next door, food and a bar! The rooms were clean and cozy! Highly recommend if you want to visit Ket West!
