Dear Rachel, We were surprised about your low rating & comments, since our Guest Relations Manager attended to you personally, went above & beyond to accommodate your requests, provided numerous amenities for your birthday, numerous options for different room class availabilities (you requested to upgrade to a higher class for which you were given a significant discount), & we made sure your stay was a pleasant one. Upon discovering that you forgot your sunglasses in one of the rooms, we were happy to locate them and return them to you (while keeping them safe and packaged in our offices in the meantime).
