Súper bien !
La verdad que todo muy bien para el precio estuvo increíble. El señor de recepcion nos invitó a un café y dulce, la chica colombiana del bar un encanto de persona. Todo fue súper bien aunque parece más viejo el confort fue mejor de lo esperado !

Read all comments before deciding on this hotel
Front desk is very nice for Israel. Security is terrible, if you are not Israeli you are non wanted. There were cars parked every were, I parked mine next to another and security called the police. They arrived and left because they did not find were to parked, ridiculous right? The offer free parking, but there are events almost every day, so when guest arrive there is no parking. Front desk could not believe security had called the police. They did not know we spoke hebrew, so we could understand the discussion between both. Front desk was amazed. All in all, with hotel prices in Israel, is a good option if you dint go with high standards. For some reason they take away dirty towels, but NEVER left clean ones. I dont get it.

ya estuve alojada en este hotel en otras oportunidades, siempre la atención fue muy buena, pero en esta oportunidad, tengo que destacar la calidez y esmero en su tarea de Meytal Ovadia, del departamento de reservaciones...pocas veces vi personal tan dedicado a su labor y con un trato tan amable hacia el huesped. A pesar de estar sumamente ocupada en varias tareas, nos ayudó a resolver un tema con el gerente, Sr Aaron, ya que ademas de ser una trabajadora altamente calificadar, domina a la perfección 5 idiomas. Mis felicitaciones al hotel por el personal destacado. Gracias

No muy bueno
No me gusto, el desayuno es lo mismo, todo los días, no tienen plancha en los cuartos, la limpieza no es cien por ciento y la piscina se veía sucia. No lo recomiendo.

El "Magaluf" sacrosanto de oriente medio.
Creo que después de 10 años viajando por trabajo este ha sido uno de los peores hoteles en los que he estado. Durante mi estancia, el hotel estaba "invadido" de familias locales y niños con el consiguiente ruido contínuo (junto con la autopista que tienes al lado), poco respeto por lo que les rodeaban (puertas de las habitaciones abiertas, gente corriendo por los pasillos)... etc. etc. podríamos definirlo como el "Magaluf" de Jerusalén, sin fiestas locas, claro porque el no profesar una religión, o no profesar la local, te margina en este hotel. Por cierto, id llenos de paciencia a hacer un check-in el sábado, no les temblará la mano en haceros esperar hasta las 8 de la tarde por la celebración del "Sabbat".

Muy mala atención en el front desk y en el desayuno por parte de la persona principal encargada, no brindan ayuda cuando uno llega con valijas, tiene estacionamiento muy reducido por la dimensión del hotel y tardan en abrir la barrera para el acceso al mismo, en ningún momento mostraron simpatía ni cordialidad.

Hotel regular
El hotel tiene una buena ubicación si estas con auto. Si no tienes que tomar el trencito que pasa enfrente y te lleva a Yad Vashem o el Mamilah. El desayuno es bueno. El parking es muy incomodo y si el hotel esta lleno tal vez no consigas lugar. En las habitaciones que dan al fondo habia mucho ruido de unos equipos que funcionan 24 horas. Pedimos y nos cambiaron de habitacion. En estas el equipo de aire acondicionado tambien era muy ruidoso.

Ubicacion es perfecta y exceptional personal
Fue una grata experiencia para ser nuestra primera visita a Jerusalen. La gente es super amigable lo cual hizo muy confortable la estadia. Los desayunos excelentes...la comida muy rica y variada. Como dije antes, todo el personal fue muy progesional y amigable pero en particular nos parecio muy acojedora a mi esposa y a mi, Leena quien nos asistio una de las tardes en el bar. De muy poca informacion que teniamos de Jerusalen gracias a este hotel y su personal, nos llevamos una muy grata impresion de Jerusalen.

Buen Hotel para presupuestos ajustados
El hotel se encuentra bien mantenido, es un 3 estrellas superior. Se nota que estan haciendo mejoras. Aceptable desayuno Kosher. Habitaciones limpias y comfortables, modernas. Ubicado a 400 mts de la estacion central de omnibus y a 100 metros de la estación de tren ligero (tranvia). Tiene estacionamiento gratuito. Correcta atención de los empleados.

The hotel is actually a construction site. The pool, gym and parking are gone. The room itself was updated, big and nice. Elevators are new too.

Nasty hotel with lame front desk help
Under construction. Wasn’t able to use pool or facilities. Manager at front desk blamed me for not knowing about pool in a very rude and condescending way. Was t worth the money even if it had a pool. Run down slightly grungy room.

First off, the website says there is parking. Before I booked, I called to confirm that there is parking, which they confirmed. I show up last night, low and behold there’s no parking. Come into the hotel, security guard is completely spaced out, need to summon someone to check me in. The lobby looks shabby. Then it goes from bad to worse. Come to the room, the bathroom is has patched holes, the grout is gross, and the bathtub is tiny. The lamp shades have good caked on, there is a pacifier on the floor, indicating they didn’t clean the room. But then things go from bad to worse, I take the blanket off the bed to lay down and the sheets are stained!?!?! This was beyond awful. The price was good, if the hotel was clean. Wouldn’t even mind the shabbiness, but the dirt!!!

Great staff but on street paid parking only
I visit several times per year but this time I had to park on the street which cost me 3 tickets and over $150. Staff always great. no ramp up entrance for luggage & no more "happy" hour. Great location.

they should have made it much more clear that the property was very loud due to construction. Also, the check in process was a big problem since the hotel did not have the guest listed in their system

the property is a short walk to the light rail and one stop to the train station that can take you anywhere you want to go in Israel. The property has undergone some renovation but the rooms are dated, though they are comfortable and met our needs. Cost of the room was affordable. We had Friday night meals, which were $45/person. Shabbat lunch is the same price.

Locatie: vlak bij openbaar vervoer naar het hele land. Hotel heeft renovatie nodig. Ligt naast een grote bouwput. Weinig parkeerplaatsen, wel gratis. Kamer schoon. Lekkage airco werd vlot gerepareerd.
