Pésimo Hotel. Arrepentido de haber escogido esa opción en Jerusalén. Es un Hotel de precio alto , para lo que ofrecen. Hotel con instalaciones viejas descuidadas , mala atención y el desayuno es pésimo pocas opciones y de mala calidad. Sumado a lo que se paga por estadia que es un montón te cobran extra por estacionamiento. Definitivo es un Hotel Terrible en todo sentido.

The comfort and satisfaction of our guests is our number 1 priority. We wish you would have shared your feelings with our staff. They would have done everything possible to ensure that you were satisfied. Our reception manager did see you at our complimentary happy hour but had no idea that you had any complaints. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is surrounded by shops, restaurants and very close to Jaffa Gate (The Old City), the breakfast buffet is delicious and even the afternoon tea and snacks very good. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and safe; His staff is wonderful and they helped us at all times with what we needed.

Tuberías es una ciudad con pocos servicios. Locales cerrados y luce en estado de abandono. Una pena debido a q su entorno natural es hermoso. Parece ser q por motivos religiosos no permiten el desarrollo turístico de la ciudad

My new home in Jerusalem
Very happy with my choice. Exactly what I needed: comfortable walking distance (15-20 min) from the Old City, comfortable queen bed, great shower, in-room refrigerator, good TV choices (enough American TV to remain in touch), excellent buffet breakfast, happy hour concept timed perfectly to enjoy after a day of work or sightseeing. I travel alone and this hotel met my every need. Most highlly recommended. Located in a good neighborhood artsy/residential/public buildings, plenty of good restaurants withing walking distance. Front desk staff fluent in English , friendly and most helpful.

Wonderfully attentive staff
Tarek and the rest of the staff at the Harmony hotel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and safe as war broke out in Israel. Under conditions like that you become like family in a matter of days. The staff fed us, reassured us and looked after us like we were their flock. I am very grateful that our VRBO fell through so that we had the staff and other guests at the Harmony hotel to commiserate with. Charming hotel in a fabulous location! I highly recommend!!

The Harmony hotel is well situated, walking distance to many important places, including great dining options. The hotel staff is delightful, the breakfast option is excellent, the lobby area is very nice. The beds are a bit short, if you are over 6'3" your feet may hang if lying completely straight. The bedrooms are a bit tired, but clean. We would stay here again

The Harmony Hotel is in the perfect location in Jerusalem. It is a short walk to the Jaffa Gate in one direction and the Jaffa Street tram in the other. Our room was not fancy, but it was comfortable and tastefully decorated. The Harmony includes a free happy hour each evening (except Shabbat) with delicious appetizers like dolmas, cold pasta and fresh fruit. The staff is attentive and helpful.

Very rich and good breakfast. In the afternoon there is a small snack with various drinks (coffee, tea, soft drinks and wine) Very friendly staff. The rooms could be a bit bigger, but is OK. The hotel is very well located. You are quickly in the old town and also not far from the Machane Yehuda market. With the nearby tram you can quickly reach the train station in the direction of Tel Aviv.

Great location but unclean rooms!!
Harmony Hotel is in a great location and nice management 👌 We enjoyed the breakfast and happy hour! But the room was tiny to share twin beds! The floor was filthy and felt very unclean! Low level furnishings in room and not much shelf area for personal items. Thanks.
