"The inside of the house was beyond my expectations. The rooms were clean and spacious. The floors were immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with all the right amenities and the beds were the best mattresses I had been in for a rental house. "This was a great clean little home and was stock with everything we needed. Each bathroom had an adorable gift box with nice smelling essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath salts, bar soap etc. and the kitchen had one too with dish taps, dish soap, a sponge etc. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The house has a garage which was available for us to utilize (we were visiting to move our son home from college), we appreciate everything. Thank You!"

"House was in a wonderful quiet family neighborhood with easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Loved being able to come back to the peaceful private home and not deal with other people. Just what we needed! There have been lots of updates in this older home and while there are a few things that need attention, we can tell the home is clean and well maintained. "We had a GREAT stay at Kozy on Kipling! The one level townhome was perfect for our needs, a short drive to good restaurants and shopping, if you forgot anything. We loved the layout with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, separated from each other by the kitchen/dining/living areas to allow for individual space. "Excelente hotel. Habitación súper amplia, limpia, con shampoo, acondicionador y body wash pegado a la pared. No te ponen crema de cuerpo. El desayuno es amplio con bastantes opciones, el lugar para comer también amplio. Cerca de la Abeka o la Universidad Cristiana de Pensacola. A 20-25 min de la playa, no pudimos ir a conocer. Cuando regrese a Pensacola definitivamente será a este hotel. "
