"My only problem with this property is the parking situation! If you have a car make sure they guarantee you a parking spot before you book! I was given a number but they had a car in that spot the whole time I was there, this make my stay very inconvenient. I was woke up in the night by security to move my car because the owner park in spot am supposed to use or whoever that let use the parking space. Don’t advertise parking if you can’t accommodate it "

"The lady that was promoting this is nasty, unorganized and very unprofessional. When I got to the place to check in the lady told front desk a whole lie to the point I had to pull out my whole reservation email. Even after showing that she was lying she still kept with her story, but her employer told me the truth which was she overbooked and sold my room. So I had nowhere to stay and had to find somewhere to stay for the whole weekend. Neverrrr will I book with her again"

We had paid for an apartment at the nice Columbus Heights, but was reasigned due to Mngt admin error to a substandard room at Fisherman's Point. The list of unhealthy & dirty items are to long to list. "If I could give this 1000 stars I would have. The host was great with checking in and making sure everything was fine. They answered all questions in a timely manner. The apartment was in a well secured area and I felt so safe. I was even taking night stroll around the complex at night. I sat by the pool at night and meditated and security passed and just made sure that I was OK. The customer service of the security guard were excellent.
