Booked a vacation to Turks and Caicos due to recommendations from several friends. After research we decided to reserve the regent palms. I am blown away by the hotel. The elegance, beauty and cleanliness is second to none. As we walk in we are greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff. A guide takes us on a tour to the resort before showing our room. We couldn't stop smiling when we entered the room. It was designed with beautiful decor and furniture. We had a kitchen , huge bedroom and gorgeous bathroom with every possible toiletry. It was spotless and things were organized flawlessly. The hotel has a gorgeous pool which swims up to the jacuzzi and restaurant. Food in all of the restaurants is delicious and prepared as if I'm dining in a 5 star French restUrant in nyc. Yes it's a bit pricey and they do add gratuity in the form of a service charge , but these type or vacations don't come cheap. The staff is very attentive and always respecting your presence and what you need. The beach is gorgeous and all non motorized water sports are free. Definitely recommend going snorkeling. I can go on and on but if you want a breathtaking resort in Turks and Caicos definitely stay in this one.
We traveled with our two young children ages 4 and 7. The staff were accommodating in every way and the hotel offers every amenity to complete ones stay. Overall the hotel is quiet and set back from the beach, but truly only a 2min walk. Grace Bay is truly pristine white sand and turquoise water and staffed to fulfill any drink or towel request. Our kids loved it and we felt at ease even during the supposed stormy season, we enjoyed 6 beautiful days of sunshine with only one overcast windy day. After a long day at the beach, relaxing pool side was an easy chore. The hotel was complete with a full in-suite kitchen that facilitated our ability to prepare meals for the kids. Complete with pool side BBQ, this was a real PLUS!
Dining out is a real treat, there are plenty of delicious choices walking distance, but be if you are budget conscious be prepared to spend some $$$... Coco Bistro was our favorite! Alternatively, There is a local IGA 10min walking distance that offers up everything needed including wine/beer, and compares to a whole foods grocery store. This hotel is centrally located easy walking distances to all and quietly located off Grace Bay beach... we would definitely return again.
This is a small / medium size hotel complex located in the beach with 8 small room buildings of three floors. Some rooms have sea view, other to the garden and pool area. Has one restaurant, and two pools of medium size. The beach has towel service (new looking), beach umbrellas and chairs (new looking) for all guest from about 6:30am till sunset - or more if you want to stay there. Has two paddle boards, two catamarans, and one or two kayaks, but enough to serve all as most guess are just there to sit, read, bathe, and relax. Very clean hotel and facilities. Has small library and video for loan at no cost, and bikes to go to other local areas (two hour loan). The bikes are not enough during peak times, as they are about 8 or 10 of them, but if you like to walk you don't need them. We only used then once.

Had an amazing experience with my girlfriend for our birthdays. The resort is secluded and gorgeous on all fronts. The miles of pristine beach are breath taking and scarcely occupied. Great infinity pool and dining with breath taking sunset views. Staff goes above and beyond to please guests and no request is seemingly not accomodated. Fresh Cohibas never hurt either!
Great for those looking to relax as well as for tge health conscious. All in close proximity are work out facilities, water sports, yoga, and great spa facilities. Not that the food is too heavy, but there is a lower calorie menu available including juice menu at both restaurants.
Food and cocktails (and service) are also excellent; miles above any all inclusive or what you expect in the Caribean. That said, food and drink was a bit pricey: comparable in price to a Michelin 3 star restaurant, but not on that level quality wise. Cost of goods to a private island I guess??
Overall we loved this gem and recommend it highly. Hopefully we will go back in a few years.

The room was clean - especially nice that it was equipped with a washer & dryer. Right on one of the most beautiful beaches and always easy to find a spot on the beach or at the pool. The restaurant was AMAZING - one of the best meals of our trip.
You will not go wrong with choosng this property! Very clean and the staff was great ... matched the beauty of the beach that it sits on. Thank you to all the staff who treated us great, we could not have asked for better service. Had a great time and are looking forward to a return visit.
