Las habitaciones están muy bien y todo esta perfecto, el hotel salvo las piletas y un muelle no ofrece nada mas al que se hospeda. Luego tiene un bar (Tides) al lado de la pileta que por lo que ofrece es carísimo, vasos de platico (nada ecológicos), tragos mediocres y caros, y la comida debería valer menos de la mitad de lo que vale, lastima porque es lo ubico que hay sobre el mar y las piletas. El restaurante (Elements), si que vale la pena, es caro igual pero el ambiente y la comida están a la altura, al igual que el personal que atiende, copas de crista, vajilla y cubiertos de primera, todo es muy cómodo! En resumen, nos quedo la sensación que por el precio de las habitaciones, el hotel no tiene mucho que ofrecer, la ubicación es cómoda para moverse por los cayos! ------- google tranlation The rooms are very good and everything is perfect, the hotel except for the pools and a pier does not offer anything else to those who stay. Then it has a bar (Tides) next to the pool that is very expensive for what it offers, plastic glasses (not ecological at all), mediocre and expensive drinks, and the food should be worth less than half of what it is worth, it hurts because it is I locate what is on the sea and the pools. The restaurant (Elements), if it's worth it, it's still expensive but the atmosphere and food are up to par, as are the staff, crystal glasses, crockery and cutlery first class, everything is very comfortable!

Fui por el dia de las madres mayo 8 mi habitacion 342 y me fue muy mal las targetas no abrian la habitacion y nadie venia asistirnos nos cojio tan tarde q todo estava cerrado para ir a comer el aire acondicionado no funciono y mi hija estaba irritable el señor dijo q regresaria a resolver el problema y nunca regreso y en la habitacion de al lado una musica tan alta hasta las 2 de la madrugada q no pude relajarme fue una esperiencia horrible

We didn’t use the shuttle, but great that they have one available. Pool area is beautiful, please keep those towels stocked! Many times there were none available. Room was very spacious. Great private patio.

I never write reviews we had two one bedroom suites. We left a day early. Our room didn’t get cleaned and we had to keep asking for them to come clean it. The pack and play provided was broken and just left in the room. When we were ready to put my toddler to sleep. We had to call and have them bring a new one. The management came. I called several times for them to come clean out room and that was never done. The photos on the website and the actually room do not match up. The rooms look beautiful on the site. The management were not accommodating at all. Didn’t even call back after I called them several times

Shuttle service is great when they get the message from the front desk, every time we requested it with the same front desk person for a specific time, we had to call back up after waiting for 10 minutes and were told “oh I will call them now” so we were repeatedly 15 - 20 minutes late for our dinner reservations, not helpful when the restaurants release your table after 15 minutes. Shame, cause everything else was superb

I could have stayed at the Islander Resort forever. The room was absolutely beautiful! The patio had an ocean view with lovely flowers, plants and palm trees surrounding. It was quiet, the pools were refreshing, and the food at Tides Bar and Grill was delicious.

We stayed in newly renovated rooms on south side. Very nice accommodations. Small bathroom but room was so nice along with outside area. Parking right outside room was a plus and walking distance to many great restaurants.

We selected the Islander Resort because of the advertised white sandy beach and ocean view brand new suites. The resort met our every expectation and we enjoyed the beautiful grounds, our breezy well appointed room and patio. The Tides restaurant offered exceptionally delicious fare. Do not leave without trying the Ahi Tuna Nachos! Tides has a West Indies vibe. Breakfast al fresco at the Elements was super beautiful! Staff is over the top friendly and accommodating in every way. We highly recommend!

We found the resort to be clean, tucked away among palm trees, with a really nice beach and pool area. The service was good, often with a smile. There were plenty of activities at the resort, and food/drink options at the beach/pool. We’d like to go back.
