Un excelente lugar, para descansar. Atención de todo el personal, muy limpio...la ubicación maravillosa, todo cerca, la playa, restaurants a menos de 5 minutos caminando....nos encantó y x supuesto que volveremos 👍👍la calidad supera x mucho el precio que es muy accesible

Atención ecelente, el cuarto de dos camas muy amplio y muy cómodo, tiene un aterraza para tomar aire o sol. al rededor restaurantes y a un a cuadra de playa publica

Un buen hotel para hospedarse en familia!
Muy buena, la habitación muy limpia y tranquila, buen servicio por parte del personal, sin problemas en el Check in, les pongo un 8.5 no les pongo el 10 porque justo a la hr del Check out nos tocó vivir una situación bastante incómoda, la señorita que renta los carros de golf (en el lobby esta una representante de ventas de una empresa que renta carros de golf) se portó muy grosera con un muchacho extranjero que le pidió el baño del lobby al momento de entregar su carrito de golf, de hecho hubo una pequeña discusión entre ellos (un día anterior le prestó el sanitario justo antes de rentarle el carrito y al día siguiente justo después de entregarlo no se lo quiso prestar) en verdad fue muy grosera. Les recomiendo al personal del hotel ver este detalle porque en verdad tienen muy buen servicio y este tipo de situaciones de alguna manera les afecta.

It’s located near the beach and near all the restaurants and bars, couple minutes and you are exactly where you want to be, the room is clean and the staff exceeded our expectations, they are super friendly and they helped us giving us so many tips on things we wanted to do, you also have the golf car rental inside the lobby and this was super convenient for the day we wanted to go to punta sur. I would stay here again and again.

Excellent Choice and friendly staff.
This is a small nice hotel, don't let the outisde fool you. The rooms were good and clean and the staff is so nice. From Eduardo at the front to the cleaning guys, they made you feel welcomed. The wifi was very strong in our room and in the lobby. They have breakfast early which inlcudes coffee and toast. We will use them again without a doubt. The golf car rental El Sol is in the same lobby so if you need a cart you can just get one there, super convenient.

It was ok, the staff was in the clouds they couldn't figure out what was our room. Our room was in the 3rd floor without elevator and the room had a weird smell.

Hotel bonito, quarto bem equipado, perto da rua principal dos restaurantes e da praia, fazíamos tudo andando. Café da manhã bem simples, mas quase nenhum lugar na ilha oferece café da manhã. No quarto tinha frigobar e microondas. Gostamos bastante, voltaria. Muito bom custo benefício

A Lovely Place to Stay
A very quaint place that I discovered several years ago while visiting Isla Mujeres. Now I stay at Hotel Kinich every time I visit the island. Extremely clean rooms and the service is very good. The staff makes sure you are happy. The rooms are adequately appointed and offers a very good value for the price. I once booked 25% of all the rooms on the property when I brought several members of my family to the Island. Everyone was very comfortable. I always rent my Golf Cart from the attached rental business and park right at the front door. The thing I would mention is there is not an elevator so you will climb stairs to get to your room. I believe there are 4 floors. The suites are nice but the “jacuzzi” isn’t like a normal jet tub. It’s outside the room on the small patio. The continental breakfast is sparse but adequate for a light meal.

Fantastisk vistelse nära allt. Sköna sängar, rymligt rum med micro och kylskåp. Kontinental frukost. Kaffe serverades hela förmiddagen och gratis tillgång på vatten under vistelsen. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Staff is super courteous and polite. Towels are good. Room and lobby are clean. Coffee in the morning while being lazy was nice. There were some bugs in the bathroom area. AC was freezing cold.... 7/10

En general el personal es muy amable y eficiente. Pero el Sr. Domingo es una excelente persona. Hace todo lo posible por ayudar en lo que haga falta. El hotel esta en muy buena area. Localizando en el centro de todo lo que se necesita.

Good location one block away from busy Hidalgo Street and therefore quiet at night. Cart rental on premises and staff very attentive and friendly.

Great Hotel
Management (not the front office staff) need to act on requests from guests. Our in-room safe was not working during our whole 8 night stay. We finally just gave up asking and toted all of our documents and money around with us when we went out of the hotel room.

The cleanest hotel we’ve ever found! Although we usually stay at more expensive properties, Hotel Kinich was BETTER in many important ways. As well as being absolutely spotless, we appreciated thoughtful details like fluffy mats beside the bed, lovely colour room decor, drinking water on every floor, simple breakfast basics etc. We loved hearing the happy voices of the staff each day and watching the Island come to life along Avenida Juarez each morning. The location is excellent with easy access to the ferry, Hidalgo and Playa Norte. The size and amenities of our suite were more than expected. Just a really great hotel! We are still on Isla, trying 4 new accommodations this trip. Our present accommodation cost 3X more...but Kinich was better...and we wish we had stayed longer!

Amazing location, spacious room, very clean! Large comfortable bed and cute balcony as well! Fresh coffee available in the mornings and a clean water station where you can refill your personal water bottles was a nice touch. Location is fabulous, you can walk everywhere you need to, and yet feels like a boutique hotel! We really enjoyed our stay here!

Decent place to stay on a budget. It feels more like a hostile than a hotel. The room was nice and clean but was difficult to breath because of the cleaning product. Overall if I need a place to stay for a day or two I would stay there again. Breakfast was toast muffins fruit and coffee.

Clean, no frills accommodations
The location of the hotel was great, one block over from the Main Street and very walkable to anywhere on the North end of the island. We stayed in one of the two room suites which were nice and very clean, but not overly appointed with amenities. Half the front desk staff was nice and helpful, while some of them couldn’t be bothered to look up from their phones when you walked by. The breakfast is just bread to make toast and coffee. Overall we liked our stay and felt safe. The value was good for the price.

I like the location, hotel cleanliness, the room is in well keeping condition and of course the most important safeties. Things that I didn’t like is that I was given a room that I didn’t reserve , double room instead of king size also our room didn’t have a small fridge and the internet was unfortunately not available in my room.

Good for the price
The hotel is located close to the beach and the main roads where all the restaurants are. The breakfast was very basic (toast, jam, apples and bananas, and coffee/tea), but I appreciated that you were able to fill up your water for free. It was over all a pretty good stay, the only thing I missed was some information about what to do around the island. The staff was quite disinterested in us.
