"We really enjoyed this place! The condo is very nice, spacious, well furnished/decorated, well-appointed full kitchen, and the AC is cold. Connie was very responsive to all our requests. Perfect location, private, and right on the beach. As an added bonus, it’s right beside Las Rocas which has a bar, restaurant and excellent dive shop. Shout out to dive masters Geraldine and Abner! My wife loved the washer and dryer! Just a few suggestions that would make the condo even better: 1. Put real ice...

"We had an overall good time, the location is excellent. The 1st morning we were there the front door shattered, it was extremely windy and it slammed itself. We reached out to the property manager and she was not polite initially, she later came around and stopped the aggressive behavior. Aside from that, it was great, wouldn’t have had any complaints if the property manager hadn’t been so abrasive and rude."

"The area was rustic but very well maintained. The condo was comfortable and clean, it was nice to have a cool and quiet place to sleep, not the resort vibe. If issues arise they are resolved in a reasonable amount of time. The swim out to the reef for snorkeling is for a very strong swimmer, but the water is bathtub warm. For diving , Blue Island Divers is just a short walk down the beach. Make sure and have bug spray on you for beach days, otherwise the sand fleas WILL bite. This was our first...

"The property is wonderful. The best part is the location. It is at the very east end of West Bay. Directly on the water with a perfect small bay for relaxing in the calm ocean water with a drink in hand. It’s a short 5 minute beach walk to all the restaurants and nightlife of West Bay but you can stay away from the beach crowds that come in daily of the cruise ships if you choose. The house itself has everything you need for an extended stay, like a full size washer/dryer and a full kitchen....

"The property was great. The condo itself was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The grounds were well maintained. The staff was responsive and helpful. The location right on the beach was superb. We walked to a different restaurant every evening except one when we took a water taxi to West End. The breakfast buffet was delicious. "VRBO rental was excellent. Property was well maintained. Secluded, but with walking access to West Bay beaches an associated activities. Pool area was excellent for hanging out, or swimming laps (35 yds) if desired. Good amenities supplied as part of the rental. No shortage of towels or kitchen supplies. Filtered water supply and on on-site generator were tremendous. No need for bottled water and generator took over seamlessly during area power outages. Parking on site was excellent."

"Everything was very easy and comfortable- the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfy- and everything worked. We were quite happy with both the accommodations and the location! The one thing that was different, which I have not seen previously, was that you had to pay separately for all electricity used. This could get pretty pricy if you had to use the ac. Also some of the screens needed repair. All in all it was an excellent 2 weeks and we would stay here again."

"I spent a week at this beautiful villa with my husband and two children (ages 4 and 7) and we absolutely loved it! The property managers set up a shuttle to pick us up at the airport and also to the grocery store before heading to the house. Being steps away from the water and having access to the pool were wonderful! The kids lived in the water. They enjoyed jumping off the dock and we were able to see several fish while snorkeling right by the dock. We were able to wave down a water taxi right...

"Only negative, but a big one: misleading posting of three bedrooms with one king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, love seat futon and a couch futon. Everything correct except the twin beds were actually mats on the floor! Which would have been fine for young kids; but, they were very uncomfortable for adults."

"The property was as advertised, clean, spacious, and right off the main drag. We enjoyed the porch and pool. The hill to and from the property is quite a trek. It was fine most days, but a pain with our luggage."

"Travis and Trish had a beautiful place up in the hill looking at the ocean, the place is quiet, the room was perfect for our long stay, the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We walked almost everyday to Luna beach and from there to West Bay or the west end. We loved our stay here. The owners were very helpful and understanding, the gave us rides when needed and accommodated us. We definitely will stay here again."

"The hpuse is just great. The site is very relaxing and away from the whole mess in West Bay Beach, but it is close enough to get there quick. The hostess was just great, friendly and very helpful. Highly recomended!"
