Our stay at Allurity Hotel was perfect, with the location very convenient for accessing the best Hobart has to offer. More than anything else though, the front desk staff were amazing! We had a complex booking, and the staff went above and beyond to sort everything out for us, and made us feel welcome and supported. We couldn't have asked for better service.

My property was stolen by their staff and they refused to compensate me $ 285 for items stolen. The reception staff had agreed to hold my case in a secure area while I was away from the hotel. The manager Sarah contacted me and informed me they could not compensate me and insinuated that I was being dishonest about the claim.

Stayed here twice in 15 days, different experiences. 1st stay room on 2nd floor very average 2nd stat 4th floor room great. We won't mention the power cut on the first stay( not hotels fault?) And fire alarm, clearing out the building second stay. Guest error!

Really good location but the actual hotel is tired and needs a jolly good clean.

The price was our main reason for staying here. The ensuite bathroom is fine and I liked the opening window and the CBD location. The air conditioner was set to 23 degrees and was locked at that minimum. Our electronic key mysteriously ceased to work, requiring a lat night phone call to rouse a staff member to re code our key. I didn’t take long to achieve this though.

Took 20 minutes and 5 keys to enter room. Surely when first one didn't work it's then time to change computer. Your room air con is 23 degrees or not on. Bathroom is a 15cm step up and down; not good in darkened room. With exception of low level light from bedside, room lights are either on full or not. Check in chap didn’t take the hint i didn’t want to talk, it was more an interrogation than not. No microwave. Why? Date and time in lifts are wrong. If they are not correct why bother having them? TV would not connect to YouTube from 0700 to at least 0940, ie check out. No rails or hooks for towel in shower room.

Room was good bit bigger fridge would be better and more pillows but other wise 2nd time we stayed here and have enjoyed it close to shopping and food places will stay again

Not worthy to book Allurity
It was a terrible decision to book the Allurity hotel. Room was very small & carpet was torn off. Smelly +++, terrible air conditioning & dirty room. Please book some where else.

Room was small, had the absolute bare necessities - bar soap 1” square - no other supplies. Uncomfortable bed and hard sheets. Additional charge for parking. Not a great experience. I cannot recommend

Booked in for a few nights as there was a special on. What they don't tell you is its extra for parking your car. $54 for 2 nights. I could have stayed at styles for that. 1 spoon in the room and nothing else. Clean and tidy but won't be staying here again

Room was nice and clean with a good view of the CBD. Bathroom light didn’t work and the coffee cups and spoons were a bit grubby but otherwise very happy. Thanks!

Very convenient to walk to Elisabeth st mall,noisy on weekend as pub just opposite, Farm gate market just front of hotel on Sunday,staff very friendly and helping your stay more comfortable. I will stay hotel again next time

I booked a family room for the 4 of us. The room was too small for us and uncomfortable. The queen sized bed isn’t accessible from both sides and the one side that had a gap was about 20-30 cm from the wall. It was claustrophobic. The room periodically had an awful droning noise. I wouldn’t never recommend anyone to stay there. I was not at all pleased with the room and won’t stay there again.

The room was dirty (food and make up wipes in the cupboards) tiles in the bathroom where mouldy. Beds where clean and comfortable Walking distance to Hobart cbd and restaurants
