"Great home for a family. The home is within walking distance to Bank Street beach and Harwichport downtown shops. The home comfortably fit a family five with room to spare. However, the home does need some cosmetic work in the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner is very responsive to texts and emails. Overall, the rental was a great week and would definitely book again."

"This little cottage was perfect for my wife and I. We started coming to the Cape in the Fall because the Summers are too crowded for us there. This cottage was nearly perfect for our stay. It is nestled in a small loop off of the road where there are a few cottages. Not bad in October but probably more bustling in the Summer. "The house was perfect for dogs. The beach and new steps to the beach were very nice. Lovely view. The house and property need some TLC. Lawn chairs were rusted and one plastic one was cracked, chipping paint, broken window blinds, toys and debris scattered in yard and caught on bushes. "The cottage was perfect for a weekend stay for my husband and I. We used this as a "baby moon" getaway before we are a family of 3. The short walk to the beach was perfect, even for a pregant momma. "We recently stayed there for a week on the shoulder season this fall. First few days were cold and rainy, but putting a kettle on kept the place comfortable and warm. Even provided extra blankets for cold nights. We had everything we needed right there and sat outside on sunny days and even got in a beach day when the weather got into the 70's later in the week. Central to the Cape and steps away from the ocean, made for a lasting memory for us and our puppy!"
